Essex condo great location
Essex condo is fully stocked and is in a great walking distance to the beach. Dave also has beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and will be back. Dave is also very easy to work with and responds quickly.

Awesome place
This is such a wonderful place to stay. We loved everything about it. Very cozy and comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We spent most every day down at the beach. Thank you Nick for everything. Hope to return!

Wonderful Marco Condo!!!
Have rented from Nick for five years. Location is perfect. Very near beach with a private walkway. Pool also very secluded, pleasing to the eye and relaxing. Condo is well furnished, even has a blender for my morning smoothies. It is well decorated, comfortable and clean. Private parking with easy access to condo. Recommend without hesitation.

A nice place to stay.
The apartment was spacious, clean, fully furnished ,cheerful, and comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the street from the building. Neighborhood was attractive and quiet. Nick was accommodating. I enjoyed my stay.

This condo is 300 steps to beach . I have two on beach . RENTED ONE ON BEACH OTHER 300 STEPS TO BEACH .
Bright and cheerful condo and just steps from the beach on the quiet end of Marco
This is an end unit with southwest views, so its a very bright and cheerful unit. Perfect for sunsets and capturing the breezes on the screened balcony. Very clean and well kept unit. Loved the private beach access which is very hard to come by on Marco if you aren't on a beach high-rise. The in-unit washer and dryer and the covered parking space are nice amenities, too. Pool and grill area and the entire property are very well kept. Nick is very easy to work with and looks out for his repeat renters. We will be back!

Beautiful condo!
Beautiful condo! So close to the beach! My second time staying there with family and I really enjoyed it! Clean, neat, owner responsive and available. No problem with payment, returned deposit promptly. Hope to stay again next year!
