We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nicks condo. It was very clean upon arrival and as advertised. Any questions were answered within minutes by the owner. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable! In unit washer and dryer were a bonus. WiFi and TV worked perfectly. Plenty of beach supplies for your day on the water. On premises ice machine. We really enjoyed the pool. Well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Would highly recommend this unit/owner for a stay on the island.

Essex condo is fully stocked and is in a great walking distance to the beach. Dave also has beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and will be back. Dave is also very easy to work with and responds quickly.

Have rented from Nick for five years. Location is perfect. Very near beach with a private walkway. Pool also very secluded, pleasing to the eye and relaxing. Condo is well furnished, even has a blender for my morning smoothies. It is well decorated, comfortable and clean. Private parking with easy access to condo. Recommend without hesitation.

This is an end unit with southwest views, so its a very bright and cheerful unit. Perfect for sunsets and capturing the breezes on the screened balcony. Very clean and well kept unit. Loved the private beach access which is very hard to come by on Marco if you aren't on a beach high-rise. The in-unit washer and dryer and the covered parking space are nice amenities, too. Pool and grill area and the entire property are very well kept. Nick is very easy to work with and looks out for his repeat renters. We will be back!
