This condominium is direct oceanfront and situated on the 'world’s most famous beach'. This Condominium has a panoramic view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom. The Condominium building has just completed a full renovation on the exterior and interior structure. Looks brand new again!
Situated on the second floor, the balcony views will truly impress you.Nothing but white sandy beaches and blue water for as far as the eye can see.
Sit down on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. Ponce inlet is away from the busy Daytona Beach scene, yet only minutes from everything you could possibly want in a vacation. Restaurants, attractions, pharmacies, and groceries are all within minutes from the condominium.
The ocean front balcony is off the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Included on the balcony are a table and four chairs. The Master bedroom has a king bed overlooking the ocean. The Second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. In addition the unit has its own indoor laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comes with an assigned indoor parking space in the garage with additional parking outside. There is a private storage closet outside the front door of the unit. Cable television and internet are provided by Bright House. The unit has upgraded appliances, HD Flat screen TVs, linens, furnishings and more. This beautiful, well-maintained condominium is all you need for a fun-filled beach get-away. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided.
The view from your second floor balconies are nothing short of breath taking. You can view the shrimpers trawling a mile off shore, the Daytona boardwalk is a about ten miles to the North, and New Smyrna jetty is about 1 mile south of us.
The condominium is situated on a 'no-drive' section of beach, making it ideal for families with kids or for a romantic getaway.
Overlooking the ocean the building has a full gym, party room, pool table, and an outdoor heated pool. The tennis and shuffleboard courts are above the garage.
The pristine 'no drive' sugar-sand beach is protected for the sea turtles, and is a scenic paradise sure to create wonderful memories to last a lifetime.
Multiple marinas and restaurants offering fresh seafood and local fare are in the area. Just down the beach is a beautiful oceanfront state park, where the ocean meets the Intercostal Waterway. This park hosts many arts and crafts festivals and other events throughout the year. Famous Daytona Beach is 20 minutes away,. Many golf courses are nearby.
For a day excursion, you are about 1 hour from Orlando, St. Augustine and Cape Kennedy. Disney, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, and other Central Florida activities are just down the road. Nearby are Daytona's attractions as well as Ponce Inlet's own boating, fishing, many restaurants and the historic lighthouse.
Pets are not allowed per the condominium by laws and this is a no smoking Building and unit.

What a surprise blessing to be here in this beautiful Ponce Inlet condo! As Daytona Beach vacationers for 40+ years, we have never stayed right down the road in Ponce Inlet, but are doing now because of storm damage caused a cancellation for our previous reserved rental in Daytona. Getting to stay here in this spacious, immaculately clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA condo has been amazing so far! We are so pleased!! And the owner Harry is a gem to deal with and he is so kind, helpful and attentive!! The beach is quiet, on the “no-drive” portion making it ideal for our small grandchildren who will be here soon! We couldn’t be more pleased and are enjoying every moment so far!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation in this condo very much. The condo was very clean, spacious, extremely well stocked, and quiet. The furniture was very comfortable. The ocean views from the condo were wonderful.. It was fun to watch the dolphins swim by. The no drive beach was quiet and you can walk the beach for miles. There is a closet full of anything that you might need for the beach. There is also a garage for you to park your vehicle in. There is a newer washer and dryer in the unit than in the pictures. There are also many good restaurants within a short distance from the condo. The owner lives in the building and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this condo.

The location is perfect along a “no drive” beach section. The ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. The condo itself is beautiful, very spacious and totally complete with anything you would need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable also. When you walk in you can tell it is a very well kept condo. Also, the owner is a great guy ready to answer to any questions and provide any info you need regarding the unit and surrounding area. it was a great vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I highly recommend!!!!!

We rented for a month and were so awed by the view! Being so close to the ocean, and with a no-drive beach, it was such a great place to walk the beach. The condo was spacious and well furnished, with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Harry, the owner, was attentive if there was anything that we needed. We loved the area and the beautiful condo!

Richard C.Beautiful beach condo, perfect for a family.
This condo is well equipped, secure and quiet and offers lots of space. From the large balcony overlooking the pool and the no-drive beach, we have observed dolphins and even a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The owner lives in the same building and is very friendly and accommodating. Sorry we had to leave before the end of our rental period, because of the virus outbreak, but we appreciated every minute of our stay.

Unfortunately because of COVID-19 and the possible risk to my wife, we had to cancel our trip. So this review is about our wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Lasris vs. his spectacular property. Wonderfull stay, 5 stars is not enough. Amazing wiew from livingroom, and masterbedroom. Pool next to the beach. The host lives in the building and is very helpfull in many ways, finding best restaurants, activities and more. Coming from Denmark, this has been the best experience we have had in Florida. Can higly recommen this beatifull Ponce Inlet nature and water.
