What a surprise blessing to be here in this beautiful Ponce Inlet condo! As Daytona Beach vacationers for 40+ years, we have never stayed right down the road in Ponce Inlet, but are doing now because of storm damage caused a cancellation for our previous reserved rental in Daytona. Getting to stay here in this spacious, immaculately clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA condo has been amazing so far! We are so pleased!! And the owner Harry is a gem to deal with and he is so kind, helpful and attentive!! The beach is quiet, on the “no-drive” portion making it ideal for our small grandchildren who will be here soon! We couldn’t be more pleased and are enjoying every moment so far!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation in this condo very much. The condo was very clean, spacious, extremely well stocked, and quiet. The furniture was very comfortable. The ocean views from the condo were wonderful.. It was fun to watch the dolphins swim by. The no drive beach was quiet and you can walk the beach for miles. There is a closet full of anything that you might need for the beach. There is also a garage for you to park your vehicle in. There is a newer washer and dryer in the unit than in the pictures. There are also many good restaurants within a short distance from the condo. The owner lives in the building and is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this condo.

The location is perfect along a “no drive” beach section. The ocean view from the balcony is fantastic. The condo itself is beautiful, very spacious and totally complete with anything you would need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable also. When you walk in you can tell it is a very well kept condo. Also, the owner is a great guy ready to answer to any questions and provide any info you need regarding the unit and surrounding area. it was a great vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I highly recommend!!!!!

We rented for a month and were so awed by the view! Being so close to the ocean, and with a no-drive beach, it was such a great place to walk the beach. The condo was spacious and well furnished, with lots of windows to enjoy the view. Harry, the owner, was attentive if there was anything that we needed. We loved the area and the beautiful condo!

Richard C.Beautiful beach condo, perfect for a family.
This condo is well equipped, secure and quiet and offers lots of space. From the large balcony overlooking the pool and the no-drive beach, we have observed dolphins and even a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The owner lives in the same building and is very friendly and accommodating. Sorry we had to leave before the end of our rental period, because of the virus outbreak, but we appreciated every minute of our stay.

Unfortunately because of COVID-19 and the possible risk to my wife, we had to cancel our trip. So this review is about our wonderful experience dealing with Mr. Lasris vs. his spectacular property. In our current world of internet scams, misrepresentations, etc its good to know that there are still people out there of high integrity like Mr. Lasris. Wonderfull stay, 5 stars is not enough. Amazing wiew from livingroom, and masterbedroom. Pool next to the beach. The host lives in the building and is very helpfull in many ways, finding best restaurants, activities and more. Coming from Denmark, this has been the best experience we have had in Florida. Can higly recommen this beatifull Ponce Inlet nature and water.
