First and foremost, the owner is great to work with.I leased this 1 bedroom back in July of 2024. Not anticipating 2 very big storms. The owner Nancy kept me up to date on the progress of renovations and made sure it was ready for my dates. It was not completely finished and her contractors were still there when I arrived but all the needed essentials were available.The cottage is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach with a private access. A few restuarants and a cute little deli are within walking distance too. A short drive easily gets you to Armands Circle and the public beaches.You will not find a more affordable and cute little spot on Longboat key.

This place was clean and had everything you would need. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away and they provided beach chairs too. The location was a short drive to St. ARMONDS CIRCLE or go the other way to Anna Maria.

This place was perfect in every way! We will definitely be coming back year after year. There is everything you might want to have a peaceful, relaxing beach vacation. Best of all, it was an easy short walk to the beach and to the adjacent park. We brought our own bikes and were able to ride them daily on the wide path that goes throughout the entire island. Mike was excellent with communication and was quick to answer questions.

The condo is in an amazing location, small but cozy It had everything you need Probably the cleanest and the most comfortable place we've been to and close to the ocean There's a path to Joan Durante Park which was great to take a walk with our dog The owner Mike was wonderful and answered any questions we had We would definitely recommend for a couple Love the area
