Our townhome has keyless entry so no keys to worry about. Over 1500 ft.² of living space and 400 ft.² of outdoor living space. The living room has plenty of room and has a 50 inch flatscreen TV. Has a very roomy dining room and will comfortable seating and there’s room at the kitchen bar. Kitchen has a stainless steel double sink and disposal and also brand new stainless steel appliances. The unit comes fully equipped with microwave, toaster, oven, blender, coffee maker, stove . The master suite has a king bed and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is a small outdoor seating area off of the master suite to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The master bath has a tub shower combination and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with also a wall mounted TV.
It comes with its own bathroom with a tub shower combination The outdoor courtyard has a dining table to enjoy and also a gas grill for cookouts. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The wonderful thing about this location it is walkable to many restaurants and also the beach trail that is perfect for walking your self or taking a wonderful bike ride along the coast as you view the beautiful emerald green waters. For a change of pace you can also enjoy the pool located right on the property along with comfortable lounge chairs and a heated pool for those times of the season when it is a little cooler. When the weather heats back up it’s great to come from the beach and jump in the pool for a refreshing swim. Call Connie

This property is very private. It has its own courtyard which is wonderful to sit out in the sun and enjoy the Florida warm weather. It also has a grill and a picnic table in which to dine out on the patio. It is a beautiful resort that is not too big and you’re always guaranteed a lounge chair at the pool area. The property also has its own deeded beach access so there is no worry there of not finding a beautiful spot on the sand to enjoy the emerald green water. This lovely Townhome also has all of the comforts of a home away from home. It is very private with having the master bedrooms upstairs and the living room and kitchen downstairs.
Why Kids Love It
Kids will enjoy having the pool and also the beach area. There is also a great walking trail that the kids can ride their bikes on. Lots of nearby, restaurants, and shopping.
The location of the townhome is wonderful because it is in walking distance of many delicious restaurants and also the walking trail/bike is a wonderful addition for early morning stroll along the beautiful emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. It is also conveniently located to the Destin commons mall and the silver shells outlet mall, so close by for those wonderful shopping trips that are always fun to do at the beach. There’s also many hair/nail salons in order to treat yourself to a spa day as you are vacationing along the Emerald Coast. You can also enjoy going down on the beach and renting one of the Jet Ski along the coast and it’s so much fun to go into the ocean and ride and see dolphins if you’re lucky !
There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. So it’s nice just to get ready throw on your flip-flops and walk up on the beach trail that runs along the beach so you have a wonderful view of the ocean. One of my favorite things is having access to the beach trail it’s great for a morning stroll or riding a bike.
Great places to eat are Captain Dave’s restaurant this is within walking distance of the Townhome. Other places that are some of our favorites are McGuire‘s, Bayou Bills, and the
Donut Hole..
There are lots of great things to do that don’t cost any extra. One of those would be to visit some of the area attractions such as the National Naval Museum in
Pensacola Fl. Walk the Harbor and see all of the wonderful fish that are caught when the fisherman return to the dock.
Village of Baytowne Wharf has a great area to walk around and also a pier that walks all the way out into the bay wonderful place for photos to be taken of the family.
The property is located on the beach side. It has a wonderful walking and bike riding trail all along the beach to enjoy.

Connie was amazing! Very responsive. Great layout with living, kitchen, dining and 1/2 downstairs - two great bedrooms with attached baths, king beds. Ceiling fans and ice-cold AC. Loaded beach closet with a wagon. Jetted tub in main bath. Regular and K-cup coffee makers. Nicely stocked kitchen. Located at the back of the complex, super quiet. I will be back. Can walk to Capt Daves. Really close to everything I needed. Nice sized pantry in kitchen so I didn't have leave everything on the counters. I had a wonderful time relaxing - maybe I should rate this a one star so you guys won't find out about it. lol

Harry R.Excellent Covid compliant way to stay
No Hotel lobby to interact is necessary. Private patio was perfect to start the morning off with breakfast. Unit is very clean. only negative was the carpeting in bedrooms. (I consider carpet germ breading grounds.)Owner is friendly and easy to contact.
