This non-smoking unit is over 900 sq ft with a screened in terrace complete with a quiet, peaceful view of the lagoon that flows through the center of the complex (see the pictures). Conveniently located close to Sarasota Airport (20 minutes) and the Tampa Airport (55 minutes). Also, close to major Florida attractions including; Busch Gardens (45 minutes), Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World (2 hours).

Master bedroom includes a new (as of 2019) King bed, flat screen cable TV, with a sliding door to the screened in patio. Full size closet, in unit washer and dryer and all of the linens and fixings for an enjoyable stay! Have guests or children, not a problem. We have a Queen pullout bed in the living room and an optional full blow up mattress as well!

Enjoy the convenience of a fully functional kitchen with full table settings and cooking supplies, full sized washer and dryer, and a private parking space reserved directly outside of your unit (guest spots also available). Other items include toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, beach toys and chairs!

Condo include access to a beautiful, large heated swimming pool (the largest on the island), a tennis and bocce ball court, recreation room, sauna, exercise equipment, shuffleboard and a fishing pier. And of course, a beautiful beach only steps away.

A wide selection of activities, gourmet restaurants and shops are minutes away, along with a free trolley which runs the length of Anna Maria Island. Take a stroll down the beach or Gulf Drive to Historic Bridge Street, which includes miniature golfing, restaurants, pubs, water-view seating for breakfast/coffee/drinks, and local jewelry and clothing shops.

Max Capacity is 4 guests. Pets welcome on case by case basis. Units are typically rented out in Sat to Sat blocks (inquire for exceptions)

All cancellations will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival date will not receive a refund, but will receive a full refund of the security deposit.

Area Information

Greetings potential renter. I own several units at this property since 1991 and have fully enjoyed the time I get to spend here. I also own a 2br unit just a few steps down from this unit as well! My family and I stay in the units several times a year, which is why it's important to me to keep it updated and clean. We pride ourselves in having one of the cleanest and most functional units around, and our past guest reviews back this up!

I have rented this unit out to dozens of singles, couples, families, and organizations throughout the years, many of which are repeat renters. I look forward to working with you, and sharing my treasured 'home away from home' with you.



Why I chose Anna Maria Island

I chose to buy this home due to its convenience, beauty, and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Its located just 25 minutes from the Sarasota airport, and is walking distance of many shoreline restaurants and amenities on Gulf Drive.

There is beach access within directly across the street from the unit (with private beach access), not to mention benefits from the beautiful grounds and fellow owners of Runaway Bay.
