The ROMANTIC GROUND FLOOR KING BEDROOM has beautiful tiled floors, stunning wood dresser cabinets and private BATHROOM with walk in shower and garden tub. It has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and large closets for your belongings. Sliding glass doors open to the pool area with views of the golf course.
The SECOND QUEEN BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed, smart flat screen TV, and walk in closet. Sliding glass doors open to the pool area with views of the golf course.
The THIRD QUEEN BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed, smart flat screen TV, and large closet.
The fully equipped KITCHEN is centrally located to the pool area. A barbecue and comfortable patio furniture POOL SIDE offer more dining and entertainment choices. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for making fantastic meals.
The GROUND FLOOR LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV, plush furniture, and amazing decor. This room is conveniently located next to the pool area. There is also a WET BAR for storing and making your favorite concoctions.
The DINING ROOM is just off the kitchen and has seating for up to 6.
The home comes with a Washer and Dryer. Ironing board, hair dryer, beach towels and pool toys are provided.
PARKING: Parking is in the driveway.
Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count of 6 at any time on the property. Loud music and noise, parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 10 PM. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.
Special Note: Pool is heated (subject to #24 of the home rules published on this site and in your rental agreement) during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

It is minutes to no less than eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Richie B.Great Stay in a Spacious Paradise
My wife and I stayed there with our twin toddlers in July. We had a great time! The place is clean and the pool and pool area are perfect! There were a couple pool floats and even some beach towels and chairs. Bathrooms and the entire house were clean and really perfect for our needs. Loved the large tub and stall shower. Community was great, too, with access to restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets, highways, etc. We will absolutely be back! If there was one thing I’d improve, it would be to update the televisions as they were a bit old and weren’t able to access certain apps like YouTubeTV, Peacock, etc. Other apps were accessible though, which was odd. Don’t let that discourage you though. You’ll have a great time at this gorgeous home!

"I normally stay in a hotel when vacationing, but this trip was a big family vacation. With in-laws.......and for that you need space. So when picking this house I was so elated there was a pool & pool table.....it was on a golf course. What more could you want Well this place is packed with all sorts of fun There are bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, even kites.The TV setup was effortless & easy access to everything you need. The house was immaculate clean. The best part of the stay in this home away from home was The Toilet......Yes I said Toilet. I had never experienced a heated, wash your tush, temp control water & pressure Toilet. Not just in the principal on suite, but in all the bathrooms. Talk about luxury. That was it for me.....I will book this house every time I visit the beautiful state of Florida P.S. The house is just 15min from Honeymoon beach ( my favorite) one of the most cool & bohemian white sand beaches I enjoyed."

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful and spacious home. The location was peaceful, private, and relaxing. The view of the golf course was very nice and not at all busy. Deer and birds visited daily. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were also pool toys available for use. The pool and covered patio area were used daily! We enjoyed sitting under the covered patio during a rainstorm. We found the home to be close to many activities and the beach. It was very difficult to leave as our vacation came to an end. Our hope is that it will be available again in the future as we would return in a heartbeat. Brian was also very responsive to any questions we had.

A beautiful home with space for the whole family. The layout of the home gives you privacy if you have other family members with you. The pool was beautiful and the grounds are kept very clean and neat! We will definitely be staying there again!We had our first trip with our baby and there was even a pack and play if we needed it.

Beautiful home on a golf course. Very clean, spacious, awesome outdoor screened pool area. Pool table, access to bikes, very accommodating and welcoming. Only minor negative would be that the temperature of the pool could have been a little warmer, other than that, we all thoroughly enjoyed are stay and would absolutely book again.

We took a family vacation to FL during spring break. This was our first time using Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. We had a wonderful time!The house: It was very spacious and clean! We liked that each room had a smart TV. The lights can be a little tricky to figure out, but love that most rooms had ceiling fans. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/etc! They had some beach towels, bath towels, extra pillows, and a hair dryer for your use.The pool: We loved the size of the pool and the outdoor sitting area. Most of the toys/floating devices were broken or didn't work. The lounging chairs were nice, but could use some updating. The pool was a very comfortable temp the entire time we were there, which we loved!The neighborhood: Seemed safe, quiet, nice, and centrally located to many things such as grocery store, restaurants, parks.The company (Florida sun vacation rentals): Very responsive and overall helpful! They were on time, communicative, helped with whatever we needed. The are very organized and have a book of important things at the house!Overall great experience and we will book with Florida Sun Vacation Rentals again!

We absolutely LOVED this house! It was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids and they loved the pool. It was warm enough for us during December - we spent ALOT of time in it - it's big enough to do laps and it's very clean. The house is close to the Pinellas trail and another cool bike trail system just down the street that was like a nature preserve where we saw all kinds of birds and even alligators. We were able to ride all the way to Tarpon Springs from the house. We love biking so we chose Clearwater to explore the Pinellas Trail and it did NOT disappoint. We rode to Clearwater beach, Honeymoon Island and DunedIn all on different days (not all from the house though). Most days we drove to different sections of the trail and chose about 6 mile routes b/c we have youngish kids (10 to 14 yo). It's a great way to beat the traffic at those places - I was feeling so good about passing all the stopped traffic on the highway and can't beat the scenery on a bike. So, clearwater is amazing and this house is PERFECT for a family to stay and take in the sights. HIGHLY recommend! It will be hard to top this vacation! Also, the house is super clean and very stylish - we loved the comfort of the living room couch - got to all spread out and be cozy. We also loved that the master bedroom is so private and away from the other rooms - felt like we were on a honeymoon getaway. :-)

We stayed in Palm Harbor at this property for the month of July, August, and September 2020. We had just had our second child in NYC during Covid and needed to find a place for our new family of 4 to relax and have some fun. The house is very spacious and the pool is heaven. Really large by Florida standards and peacefully overlooking the 11th hole of a what seems to be an infrequently used golf course. We watched daily for the family of deer to come by as we splashed in the pool. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, spacious, sun drenched, peaceful. The master bathroom shower was like my little spa. Any issues (such as the dryer was taking two cycles to dry )were handled swiftly and responsibly. Brian is always responsive. Peaceful, true to pictures, and clean. Perfect for me.

Our stay in the lovely Tarpon Springs home was delightful. This home was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The home is in a subdivision which allowed us to take pleasant walks around the neighborhood. Although the pool was clean and heated we did not get much use out of it due to the chilly temps in February but we found plenty of fun things to do in the area!

My 2 other couple friends and us decided to go to Florida for a week to relax and play golf. We found this beautiful house to share among us. Price is great! The location is quite and we are right by the golf course. Every morning, we had breakfast sitting at the lanai and looking out the golf course right by the pool. Very relaxing!The area also has many tourist areas and beaches for us to explore. Two weeks went by so fast!!! We will definitely return for more golfing fun!!!

Our stay at the East Lake Home was over the top. The home was beautiful, spacious tastefully decorated and spotless. The pool was most relaxing at any given time of the day or evening. Justin H.Nice Break From the Winter
We stayed a week in February and were completely blown away by this home. High end furnishings and finishes, beautifully furnished with a wonderful pool and lanai area. Everything we needed was there and Brian was only a phone call away. We golfed, toured, and generally had a wonderful time in the area. We liked that it was close to everything but could get some privacy and relaxing peace and quiet when we wanted it. Definitely going back!!

Such a beautiful, well maintained home! We stayed for a couple of weeks in November and had a lovely stay. Felt just like home. Very clean and spacious home well stocked with all the necessary amenities. Close to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping etc. Lovely pool and lanai, backing onto a wooded area in a very quiet neighbourhood. Management were very accommodating and only a phone call away if needed. We had a great time and will definitely return.
