Beautiful condo! Well stocked and so convenient to all locations! Only problem was paying for parking! The app. Was not friendly ! Not sure if you have paid Or not! Then you get charged more!

This was one of the nicest condos my family has ever stayed in. It was very modern, clean, comfy beds, all the kitchen things you will need, great customer service from the owners, house keeping did a awesome job preparing the condo for our arrival, and we were very happy with the location. We were very close to Pier Park and all the exciting things Panama City Beach has to offer. This was such an amazing vacation and experience. Thank you to Kathleen for such an amazing experience and we look forward to many more visits to your condo!

Rhonda W.Exceptional Condo
This condo is very comfortable and convenient. The beds are comfy and the furnishings are beautiful and make you feel like home! It was great not having to use the crowded elevators since it was only one flight of stairs up for the garage and one flight down for the beach and pool! The owner was exceptional to work with and from the moment I talked with her I felt like we could be good friends! I would have loved to have been able to meet her in person! We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked for doing so. We also ate at Captain Anderson’s and must say it was incredible! The parking was easy and convenient and the beach chairs and umbrella were life savers! Sunrises and Sunsets from the balcony were incredible! We even saw an Eagle fly by on our last day there! We highly recommend this condo for its beauty, it’s comfort, it’s convenience and it’s owner!

This condo was nicely furnished and easy to access on the second floor. Amenities such as the pool and tiki bar are close to the unit and well maintained. Location is right on the beach next to the Panama City Beach pier and the Pier Park shopping area for your entertainment/retail needs. I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the mornings and evenings with my coffee/ beverage of choice.

Our family stayed in July and all of us enjoyed this condo and the area so much! Great location with Pier Park a short stroll right across the street. Beautiful water & sand! 2nd floor was super convenient & kept us from waiting in long elevator lines. Condo was beautifully decorated & very clean. We will definitely be back!

THE CONDO WAS WONDERFUL! SPACIOUS, CLEAN & EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE FOR 6 SISTERS AGING 50-75. WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY . WEATHER WAS WONDERFUL, BEACH WAS SOOOO NICE AND ANOTHER GREAT FLORIDA BEACH SISTERHOOD TRIP WAS PUT IN THE BOOKS! KATHLEEN REESE WAS THE PERFECT HOST. SHE CONTACTED ME BEFORE WE GOT TO THE CONDO, AT THE CONDO, & DAY OF CHECKING OUT-ASKING IF ALL WAS OK & IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING! SHE WAS INDEED THE PERFECT PERSON TO RENT FROM.
