UNIT #6 is a privately-owned, open concept, "TOP-OF-THE-LINE" LUXURIOUS (5-star hotel look and feel), very light and airy, OCEANFRONT (RIGHT NEXT TO THE OCEAN AND ON THE BEACH), 3-bedroom, 3-full bathroom, 1st floor (lower), condominium in a LOW RISE complex having only 20 condos. It has been FULLY RENOVATED with ALL HIGH-END flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counter tops, showers, wood molding, appliances, artwork (original) and furnishings. It has about 1650 square feet of living space in a 2-story (low-rise), 20-unit building, with spectacular, expansive, unobstructed views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, white sands of Laguna Beach, and Western sunsets year round from 10 high-tech floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hall areas. It has a large covered balcony accessed via a set of sliding glass doors, which also has spectacular views of the ocean, beach and Western sunsets.
BECAUSE BUILDING #3 (of the 5 condominium buildings located at the Bonita Beach complex), in which Unit #6 is present, EXTENDS FURTHER OUT TOWARDS THE BEACH AND OCEAN THAN THE OTHER 4 CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS LOCATED AT THIS COMPLEX, UNIT #6 HAS UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE BEACH, OCEAN AND WESTERN SUNSETS BOTH STRAIGHT ON, AND ALSO ALL DOWN THE BEACH AND OCEAN TO BOTH THE EAST AND THE WEST, WITH BEAUTIFUL WESTERN SUNSET VIEWS, all of which most of the other "inner" condos at the complex DO NOT HAVE.
Unit #6 is 34-feet wide (approximately twice as wide as the average condominium).
The large, original (non-working) fireplace in Unit #6 was removed by the owners to ENLARGE THE SEATING AREA IN THE FAMILY ROOM of this condo, and make it more spacious and comfortable. The result is that THE FAMILY ROOM OF UNIT #6 HAS A MUCH LARGER AND MORE SPACIOUS FEEL in comparison with the other condos at Bonita Beach that still have their original, non-working, fireplaces (most of them), and PROVIDES FAR MORE SEATING, AND SITTING ROOM, FOR GUESTS (see photos). In contrast with most of the other Bonita Beach condos.
(Each of the 20 Bonita Beach condos originally had a large fireplace in the corner of the family room, all of which are NON-WORKING, and take up a lot of space in the family room areas (dead space).)
UNIT #6 has direct, private access to the ocean and beach via only two stairs (with no elevators to wait for). An outdoor shower is present at the base of the steps, permitting guests to conveniently wash sand off from their bodies and beach equipment prior to entering into the condo.
UNIT #6 has two porcelain tile and river rock walk-in showers with frameless glass doors and matching floors and built-in seats in two of the three bathrooms, as well as a fully renovated kitchen (all new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and a porcelain tile floor with "drop-ins").
The beach in front of UNIT #6 is very private and relatively unpopulated, and has a very peaceful and relaxing feel, which is in contrast with the often very highly populated, and busy beaches, located in front of many high-rise condominium buildings.
UNIT #6 is beautifully decorated with TOP-OF-THE LINE MATERIALS, FURNISHINGS, ORIGINAL ART WORK AND ACCESSORIES, including all new state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a 30 cubic foot french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a full size oven and stove, a dish washer and a microwave oven), custom kitchen cabinets with slow-close drawers and accent lighting above, below, and in, such kitchen cabinets, custom bathroom cabinets and mirrors, granite counter tops throughout, several Schonbeck crystal light fixtures, three Kholer Devonshire toilettes, a new air conditioner, a new 80-gallon hot water heater, two top-of-the-line Wesley Allen king-sized wrought iron beds in each of two bedrooms, one top-of-the-line Wesley Allen queen-sized wrought iron bed in a third bedroom, along with one set of wood “full over full” bunk beds, a dining room table having comfortable seating for 8 or more, and an island that can comfortably seat at least 4 more on bar stools with backs, crown molding, porcelain tile (with a marble look) throughout, very comfortable, leather furniture (a large sectional and two additional chairs). The granite counter tops in Unit #6 are a Level 2 grade (higher grade than normal), and the light porcelain tile floors, which include "drop ins," has a look of marble.
Each of the three bedrooms in Unit #6 has a 32” Sony television, and the living room has a 65” Samsung HD LED SMART flat-screen television.
The balcony of Unit #6 has very comfortable seating for at least 10 adults, along with two separate bar-height tables.
Unit #6 has free high definition Comcast cable TV and internet, an electronic programmable safe for a heightened security of cash and other valuables (installed by a security company, as in a hotel), a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided. The condominium complex has an in-ground pool, a reserved parking spot (with additional guest parking) and refuse pick-up.
For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc., as well as HARD-WIRED smoke detectors that have battery back-ups.
Weekly or monthly (certain months) rentals are available year round to individuals that are at least 25 years old (including families with children).
Snowbirds are welcome.
No smoking is permitted.
To formally book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and also provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners, as proper identification.

Unique Benefits
This condo is very high end, as can be seen in the photographs, and is on the first floor of a low-rise (two-story) building. Guests can walk right onto the beach 2-3 steps from the deck of this condo, and can watch their children play on the beach from the deck. Because it is on the first floor, it is particularly suitable for children, the elderly and dogs. It also has better views than most of the first floor condos in the same complex because it extends further out onto the beach than the others.
This condo also is very conveniently located in the Bonita Beach complex just steps away from the community pool.
Panama City Beach has beautiful white sand and blue oceans, and attractions for all ages, many of which are in Pier Park. It is about a 30-minute drive to Destin, which has many additional restaurants and attractions, and about a 15-minute drive to Panama City, which also has many fun attractions. These are some of the most beautiful beaches and ocean in the country.
Why Kids Love It
The Bonita Beach complex has a community pool in front of the complex, and the beach and ocean in the back of the complex. It is also just 2 miles west of Pier Park.
This condo is in walking distance to "Thomas Doughnuts and Snack Shop," a very well-known restaurant that has a wide variety of different filled and non-filled fresh doughnuts every morning, as well as many breakfasts and lunches, and an attached ice cream parlor that has many different types of hand-dipped ice cream (cups and cones), sundays, splits, milk shakes, and floats. This is a great attraction for guests.
Spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and white sands of Laguna beach, lunch and appetizers on the beach, tremendous relaxation, miles of beach for walking or running. It is very private, and has no elevators, unlike high-rise condos.

The condominium is very conveniently located in a quiet area on the west end of Panama City Beach about 12 miles from the Panama City-Bay County International Airport, and about 2 miles from Pier Park and Pier Park North, two huge outside malls on both sides of Highway 98, including more than 1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment, such as numerous restaurants (Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Guy Harvey’s Island Grill, The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant, Red Robin, Wild Wings and many others), specialty stores (candy, ice cream, popcorn, coffee, apparel, shoes, jewelry, home décor and others), amusement rides, a climbing wall, live music, night life, a large indoor mall including numerous department stores, a 24-cinema, 4-D, movie theater, a Target, a super Wal-Mart and a Starbucks, and also near to a huge city fishing pier and numerous grocery stores, pharmacies, walk-in medical centers, other restaurants, water parks, amusement parks, miniature golf courses, regular golf courses, museums, the Gulf World Sea Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Wonder Works, and many other attractions.

Hostess was extremely courteous and on top of things in getting the arrangements completed with us. Ocean views from the unit were great and the beach was right out the back door. Home like setting on the interior was as advertised, most things labeled to help orient ourselves, adequately stock with the needed necessities, close to locations which draw our attention especially shopping and eating fresh seafood. I t brought back memories of our annual stay in this complex. Was glad to be back to the familiar surroundings.
