Welcome to "Touched by the Sun!" This beautiful 8 BR, 8 BA property is a very quick 2 minute walk to the private/deeded beach access! Enjoy FREE beach chair setups daily from March 1 to October 31! That's 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas to make your beach day a breeze!

Completely updated both inside and out for 2023, this stylish classical design is right out of a Greek island vibe! This corner lot sits just 100 yards to the beach! The travertine pool deck is redone and has been updated with brand new furniture and plush cushions. There is a new outdoor grilling area for afternoon cookouts poolside. The pool is like new with a beautiful white plaster finish. It can be heated in the months of October to May for a fee of $75 a day. The 25 x 14 foot pool interior can handle 20 swimmers comfortably when the beach time is finished for the day!

The living area and kitchen are conveniently located right inside the front door providing ease of entry with groceries and luggage. The living room has leather sofas and seating for 8, with extra chairs arranged for family gatherings and watching the 55" inch TV. The plantation shutters provide maximum privacy or can be opened to see the swimming pool or let in the beautiful Florida sunshine.

The dining area attaches to the living room through stunning architectural archways and is also next to the kitchen. High end stainless steel Viking appliances are perfectly designed for the most meticulous of chefs! There are two dishwashers and a stand alone ice maker. The rich cabinets are fully stocked for every cooking need with place settings for 28 people. Guest can gather at the bar, dining room table or head outside to the Polywood table and chairs for your family meal together.

Also on the first floor is a King Suite with a large private bathroom, very easy access to the open living spaces on the first floor. There is another full bath on the first floor to handle the built in bunk room which sleeps three and is finished in beautiful white paneling. Don't overlook yet another queen over queen custom built bunk tucked into the media room, perfect to get away from all the living room activity.

The new stackable full size washer and dryer are on the first to handle your laundry needs. The second full size refrigerator is also right in the same vicinity in the foyer.

Awaiting you on the second floor is a game room with a television; pool table; table with seating for two, perfect for a game of cards; and access to the second floor balcony. The balcony features seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall guests will find three King Suites, each decorated with their own custom style and fit with a private bathroom and flat-screen TV.

Located on the third floor are 3 additional bedrooms. The first being a custom-built bunk room with two full-over-full bunks and one twin-over-twin bunk that sleeps a total of 6 guests and has its own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are King Suites complete with private bathrooms, one of which features a shower/tub combo. Space is no issue in any of the sleeping quarters, there's LOTS of room to spread out!

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and a little white chapel. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year

Beach Chair Service- Complimentary Chairs through La Dolce Vita are available from March 1 - October 31 annually! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM.

Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! Call us today to reserve a 4-seater or 6-seater street legal golf cart with your vacation rental home! We deliver for free.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* No tents or canopies allowed on private beach used for the community.

Area Information

There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Big Kahuna's- Toward the end of your vacation, if you`re tired of the salt and sand from the beach, head on down to Big Kahuna`s Water Park off highway 98 in Destin. Speed slides, river rides, and a wave pool await you. No matter how old or young you are, there`s fun for everyone!
