Large Private Pool, Secluded Gated Community! Easy Walk to Private Beach!
Located in the quiet gated community of Emerald Waters, this tranquil vacation home is perfect for a family vacation! Take a scenic and easy walk to the private beach at the end of South Holiday Road for a fun beach day. With two large living areas and 6 spacious bedrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 16 guests! Throughout the interior of Take Me Away, you will find this home to be a perfect blend of modern, contemporary design with drops of tropical touches. Play a fun game of ping pong in the air conditioned garage and enjoy the open view of Emerald Waters Village!
The first floor provides a spacious and seamless flow between the kitchen, living and dining areas! The living area provides plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 oversized chairs and a plush leather couch. The living and dining areas are bathed in sunlight during the day. The formal dining area has seating for 7 guests, and the well-appointed kitchen is perfect for a relaxing family dinner after a great beach day. There are 6 additional dining seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The spacious kitchen features plenty of counter space and a large basin sink. Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include a King Suite with direct pool access. Also located on this level is a half bath for easy access from the private pool.
Just up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the second living area featuring a large flat screen TV and beautiful glass and crystal accents on the coffee table and end tables. The sleeping arrangements on this floor are a plenty with 3 King Suites, a bunk room with a private bath and 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for 2 guests. Centrally located on the second floor is the large laundry room area.
Take one last stroll up the stairs and relax in luxury on the third floor in the sprawling and exquisite Master King Suite. The Master Suite encompasses the entire third floor. A massive private bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower are fit for relaxation! Set on perfectly polished black and while tiled flooring, we’d say this really is the “Stairway to Heaven.”
Soak up the Florida sunshine or relax in the evenings in or around your private 20' x 15' pool or enjoy cooking dinner on your large private grill. The neighborhood is friendly and perfect for relaxing family vacations. Guests also have access to one of two community swimming pools. This home offers parking for up to 6 vehicles depending on size.

VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)

Located within the gated community of Emerald Waters, this home is perfect for families and friends gatherings. Within the community are two pools that are very close by to the home. The beach access is just a short walk down the road which makes it perfect for smaller kids.

This home has a private pool and is close to the beach. Lots of space to play and with the bunk room with its own bathroom, its the best place for kids to unwind after a fun day at the beach!
Area Information
There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Snuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. *Includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwashing liquid. These are a small set of starter supplies meant to get guests through the first day or two to take inventory of what is needed for their stay. Once these provisions have been used, its the guests responsibility to purchase for the remainder of their stay.
Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This beach house will have everything you need and more. No pantry items provided such as coffee filters, spices, bags, oils, foil or storage containers.
Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 3-5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check in Instructions via email. You will have your door code, WIFI information and any other access code needed. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping anywhere from 8 to 38 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin & Miramar Beach, Florida. Our program proudly features a coastal collection of large group homes, smaller cottage style homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 11,000 guests in our 60+ properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST!
