We had the best time at this condo at Harbourview Grande. Hosts Patricia and Stephen were the nicest people we had the opportunity to deal with. The condo was in impeccable condition, very clean and updated amenities. It had all the things you would need in a home away from home. All beds were super comfortable and the furniture was well appointed. The views of sunsets and sunrises were amazing from the balcony. We had the opportunity to see some dolphins swimming around from the balcony!! Condo close to beach and many restaurants.We were so grateful for a lovely vacation in Clearwater. Thank you Patricia and Stephen for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

This is our home for 5 wonderful weeks February into March. Patricia and Steve are wonderful to deal with. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. View from the balcony each morning and evening is just the best! Location could not be better, you can walk to so many restaurants and bars if you want to walk.. Looking forward to next year already! The condo exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were wonderful, everything was clean and well kept. The communication with the owners Pat and Steve was outstanding! The pool was nice and literally had it to ourselves every morning and most evenings. The location is fabulous. The view of the harbor was beautiful. Every morning my wife and I walked around the parameter of the parking lot. One morning I saw a manatee and it was if it was following me along the wall. Another day my wife and I saw 3 dolphins swimming in the harbor next to the wall, absolutely beautiful. It has been a while since I felt I didn't want a vacation to end but this was definitely one of them. We would definitely stay again. Excellent places to eat nearby are Frenchy's Rockaway, Taco Bus, Abe's Tap and Grill, Gondolier Pizza, and the Bait House.

This is our first time staying at Harborview Grande #405. We stayed from May 26-June 3, 2023. Patricia and Steve were amazing!! They made this rental easy and gave us great places to visit and see. Condo was VERY spacious, clean, and has the best view of the bay that you could ask for. Sunrises were gorgeous! We were able to see dolphins, RIGHT OFF OUR BALCONY! This condo was positioned 2nd row back from Clearwater Beach, only a 5-10min walk from the condo. Also, the owners were gracious enough to provide chairs, an umbrella, and beach supplies. You will be conveniently located to Pier 60 where you can walk the beach, shop, and enjoy simple or fine dining. Everything from linens, to towels, and all the cookware you may need was provided. All you have to do is plan and ENJOY! :)

This is our 2nd year staying at Harborview Grande #405. The accommodations are just fabulous. The condo is well kept and well maintained. It is upscale and decorated beautifully. You can't beat the location. Everything in Clearwater beach is within walking distance. There is a surprising amount of privacy for it being a large building. Even with Spring break crowds, we really felt like we had the building to ourselves. The owners are very professional and attentive. Their communication is top notch. You will want for nothing while staying in this condo, it has every comfort available. All of the beds are very comfortable ( And I'm picky about my beds so that's saying a lot). There are plenty of clean linens, bed sheets and towels to go around. The kitchen is stocked. Book it!

The “Harborview Grande #405” condo is one of the most beautiful, well appointed condos we have stayed at in our 40 years of beach vacations. It was super clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. We felt safe and secure. We were able to park in our assigned parking spot and walk everywhere. The choices of bars and restaurants within walking distance was amazing. The convenience of the local grocery store was a bonus. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the beautiful balcony and cocktails at night. We watched dolphins swim, pelicans dive for fish, and boats coming in and out. The view was stunning at night as the bay lit up. We are so very grateful to have had the opportunity to visit this gem and will forever cherish the memories made of time spent here.

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.

Patricia’s condo was absolutely perfect for our group! We had three children under the age of 8 and the ease of an elevator, trash shoot, on-site pool, beach gear, and walking distance to the public beach made our trip so nice. The condo itself is so well appointed with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal, the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable, lots of extra towels, and large common spaces. When we were at the condo we spent a lot of time on the beautiful covered porch overlooking the harborside. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back!!

We just came back from staying at this condo for two weeks, two adults and two kids. We had a fantastic stay- the place is more beautiful live than in pictures, perfect location right on the beach and such a great pool as well. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed abs it was amazing to see the sunsets in balcony and wake up to waves ! We hope to come back :)!
