Welcome to Santorini!
Offering a large and spacious floor plan, the large dining area, living area, media room and kitchen are all right at your fingertips for easy access. Fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is a King Suite located just off of the living room.
The adjacent dining room is just as inviting, with 2 large wooden dining tables and seating for 20 guests. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast bar. The access to the large 14 ft. by 20 ft. pool can reached through the main mahogany front door or a sliding living room door. The outdoor pool deck has plenty of pool side furniture and a Polywood table for 8. There is an elevated splash pool attached to the main pool for the young swimmers. In the evening there are LED lights which provides a relaxing atmosphere.
On the second floor guests will find a cozy sitting room that connects with the 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are King Suites, each with their own unique decorations, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies. Completing this level is a custom-made bunk room with 3 Queens and 2 Twins on the bottom with the remaining Queen bunks on the top. This room also has a private bathroom that is perfect for teens and young adults.
On the third floor and final floor is the lounge and game room! This room is equipped with a pool table, electronic darts, wet bar, game table, and a balcony with views of the Frangista Beach Community. Sleeping arrangements on this level include 3 King Suites, each with their own private bath and personal flat-screen TV.

*No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older except for children in families.
*Pets Are Permitted: Non-Refundable Pet Fee Of $250 per et, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
*PARKING: Space for 6 Vehicles. No parking on the grass/street. Campers, RV's, Trailers, Boats/Jet Skis are not permitted to be at the home per HOA*

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

The 3rd floor boasts nothing but fun for kids! This level has the lounge and game room. Comes complete with a pool table, electric darts board, game table and a private balcony to the room. There is a private pool and the private beach access is less than 5 minutes from the home.
This home is also located in the heart of the city, which means family fun is just a short car ride away. Enjoy the summers splashing around at our Big Kahunas water park, the track which is a large go-cart track, movie theaters and so much more!
Area Information
There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Big Kahuna's- Toward the end of your vacation, if you are tired of the salt and sand from the beach, head on down to Big Kahuna`s Water Park off highway 98 in Destin. Speed slides, river rides, and a wave pool await you. No matter how old or young you are, there`s fun for everyone!
Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Scuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. We provide starter sets of soaps, paper goods and trash bags. Once these provisions have been used, it is up to the guest to purchase for the remainder of stay. * please note that we do not provide pantry items such as foil, wrap, spices or oils*
All indoor linens are provided. They are freshly laundered and packed with towels and hand towels under each bathroom sink. Please note that beach/pool towels are not provided and we encourage guests to either bring those with them while traveling or purchase while at the home.
Beach Reunion Office is open 7 days a week from 9a to 5pm central time. We are only closed on national holidays, but are available by phone or text each day of the week.

Notes:
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 3-5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check in Instructions via email. You will have your door code, WIFI information and any other access code needed. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.
