Revel in the old world feel with elegant touches throughout in this stunning home that sits just a 5 minute walk to the sugar white sand! Featuring 3 impeccable levels of traditional Greek design and comfortably sleeping up to 24 guests, Santorini creates a luxurious experience from start to finish for all!

Beach Reunion guests have the pleasure of enjoying this 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom vacation home, 7 of those rooms being King Suites, 1 of which is conveniently located on the first floor! Upon entry, the first floor boasts elegant character and reveals rich tones, grand furnishings, and tropical poolside views. Offering a large and spacious floor plan, the large dining area, living area, media room and kitchen are all right at your fingertips for easy access. The top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen is fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware. This space has no shortage of attention to detail and perfect for large families. Luxury finishes and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming living area, a room fit for the big game or cozy movie night.

The adjacent dining room is just as inviting, with a beautiful, large wooden dining tables and seating for 20 guests. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast bar. The access to the large 14 ft. by 20 ft. pool can reached through the main mahogany front door or a sliding living room door. The outdoor pool deck has plenty of pool side furniture and a Polywood table for 8. There is excellent southern orientation which bathes the outdoor space for great times around the pool. There is an elevated splash pool attached to the main pool for the young swimmers. In the evening there are LED lights which provides a relaxing atmosphere.

On the second floor guests will find a cozy sitting room that connects with the 4 thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are King Suites, each with their own unique decorations, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies. Completing this level is a custom-made bunk room with 3 Queens and 2 Twins on the bottom with the remaining Queen bunks on the top. This room also has a private bathroom that is perfect for teens and young adults.

On the third floor and final floor is the lounge and game room! This room is equipped with a pool table, electronic darts, wet bar, game table, and a balcony with views of the Frangista Beach Community. Sleeping arrangements on this level include 3 King Suites, each with their own private bath and personal flat-screen TV. These luxury bedrooms provide a high-end, refined atmosphere with elegant décor balanced by beautiful artwork. Two of the suites have their own private balconies.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Complimentary Beach Service Offered Annually for Summer months, May 11th - August 9th, 2025! Includes 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Set up daily starting the day after arrival). Tents/Canopies are not permitted on the private beach.

Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

This home is also located in the heart of the city, which means family fun is just a short car ride away. Enjoy the summers splashing around at our Big Kahunas water park, the track which is a large go-cart track, movie theaters and so much more!

Area Information

There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Big Kahuna's- Toward the end of your vacation, if you are tired of the salt and sand from the beach, head on down to Big Kahuna`s Water Park off highway 98 in Destin. Speed slides, river rides, and a wave pool await you. No matter how old or young you are, there`s fun for everyone!
