Entering the home, guests are greeted by an airy and bright living and dining area. The living room features a large flat screen TV and high-end furnishings. Easily accessible from the living room, the dining area can accommodate up to 14 of your closest family and friends. Even better, the stunning gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly around the corner. Family meals are a breeze with all the necessities you would find at home. Swing open the French doors when dinner is done, there's direct access to a backyard paradise. Enjoy the spacious back patio and 12 x 30 pool with LED lights, perfect for a night swim. The shallow entry area is less than one foot deep and perfect to lounge or let the little ones splash and play. The uncrowded pool deck also has direct access to a restroom for easy access from outside. The patio stretches the entire width of the home, giving you ample space for festivities and grilling. When the stars come out, relax in the lounge chairs after enjoying a day on our famous snow-white beaches. For sleeping arrangements, the first floor is complete with a Queen Suite and private bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find two King Suites with private baths. One king suite even has a bonus room attached, perfect for small kids with a set of twin/twin bunks. All the bedrooms include flat screen TV’s and top of the line bedding. Get the most out of your sleep after a long day in the Florida sun!
The third floor is all about kids, not excluding your inner child. The media room includes a 50” TV, DVD, and XBOX with games. Included in this kid’s den is a queen bed and twin daybed, creating a 5th sleep space, although please note there is no door in this area. The kids will also love the charming, fort-like bunk room featuring three full-over-full bunk beds, all with their own well lit privacy areas.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Guests have access to the community pool which is just right across the street from the home. The low traffic area provides a safe walking environment and you are just a short 3 minute walk to the private beach access, exclusive to this community.
Why Kids Love It
The 3rd floor can be counted as just a large kids "apartment" within the home. With a media room with a gaming system, games and ample sleeping space, this can be your childs place to just hang out and have fun! This allows for the parents to have their time while being able to still have their family within the same unit!
Area Information
There's a celebration going on just about all the time in Destin, making it a fun place to be year-round. Several festivals, including October's Destin Seafood Festival and the month-long Destin Fishing Rodeo, celebrate the Gulf's edible gifts from the sea. There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. And every month sees plenty of live concerts, theater and dance performances, wine tastings, food festivals, and arts and crafts shows. Big Kahuna's- Toward the end of your vacation, if you`re tired of the salt and sand from the beach, head on down to Big Kahuna`s Water Park off highway 98 in Destin. Speed slides, river rides, and a wave pool await you. No matter how old or young you are, there`s fun for everyone!
Destin Snorkel offers a wide range of tours on our Coast Guard approved passenger boats; Reef Runner, Kokomo, Sand Dollar, Snuba Runner and the Sea Horse. The entire team at Destin Snorkel prides themselves in customer service. We'll take you out on the beautiful waters surrounding Destin and the Emerald Coast for a safe and enjoyable tour. These are a small set of starter supplies meant to get guests through the first day or two to take inventory of what is needed for their stay. Once these provisions have been used, its the guests responsibility to purchase for the remainder of their stay.
Fully stocked kitchen! It’s like cooking at your own home! This beach house will have everything you need and more. No pantry items provided such as coffee filters, spices, bags, oils, foil or storage containers.
Grill out by the pool. This home has a beautiful gas grill.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 3-5 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check in Instructions via email. You will have your door code, WIFI information and any other access code needed. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

Is there an Age Requirement
All homes managed by Beach Reunion LLC require that the renter of the home be aged 25 years or older. There are to be no student/college students to stay at the home to include those with parental chaperones. All guests not within a family vacation dynamic are required to be 25 years of age or older.
Where is the Beach Access?
The beach access point for this home is located just to the right of the home off of Miami Street. You exit the home to the right and then turn right again until you see the stop sign and yellow pergola. You cross over the beach access point and they will help guide you to your 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily ( the day after you arrive) from 9am to 5pm.
What size and Type of Pets are allowed
This home is a strict no pets policy. The only animals allowed at the home are serviced animals trained to preform medically necessary tasks for their handlers. ESA animals do not fall under this category and are not protected under the ADA guidelines. There for it is up to the home owner for allowance with a pet fee that is non-refundable. Medical service dogs are not charged a fee.
