There is plenty of space for outdoor entertaining around the private 10 x15 pool which has a large pool deck; plenty of lounge chairs; and an outdoor wet bar. There is an outdoor dining space as well which features an umbrella for shade with seating for 6 guests. Additionally, there is a private half bath located in the enclosed area of the pool deck and wet bar. Open your back gate to an easy beach walk access just 20 steps to the beach walk down! Upon entering the ground floor foyer, you can either take the stairs to the second floor level or walk directly through to the pool area.
On the second floor you will find a King Suite with a private bath that features a living area with a sleeper sofa couch, HD Flat-Screen TV, and access to the balcony. The private bathroom for this suite includes a walk-in shower and garden tub. The next bedroom features two full-size beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This room also offers access to the large second story balcony which provides spectacular Gulf of Mexico views. Access to the balcony is shared with the King Suite. The final room on this floor is a Queen Suite with a private bath and a Juliette balcony.
On the third floor is the breath-taking, open-concept living area providing plenty of gulf views and natural light. Enjoy your meals at the formal dining area which provides seating for 8 guests. There is additional seating at the breakfast table for 4 guests. The living area features a HD Flat-Screen TV, offers plenty of comfortable seating, and features a queen-size sleeper sofa. Grab some fresh air and enjoy the breeze on the balcony that leads off the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Create amazing meals in the large gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range stove, double oven, and two dishwashers. Completing this level is the bunk room. The bunk room has 4 twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and shared access to the balcony.
On the fourth floor is a media room which features an HD flat-screen TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and foosball table. Down the hall is a Queen Suite. There is a shared full bath with shower/tub combo located just off the media room. Completing this level, you will find the Master King Suite which features an spacious private bathroom and a large balcony shared with the media room. This balcony offers the best views, so kick back, relax, and take it all in!

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. Your beach access is just a 2 minute walk from the front door down the driveway of the home. The beach for the homes is a private beach to the community, so you won't have to deal with the large crowds!
The home is set on pillars which gives it some extra height and two covered parking spaces. The pool is underneath the home and is kept nice and shady! Newly updated top level with a large game/media room is perfect for kids and family to unwind and bond after a fund day at the beach!

There's also the annual Emerald Coast Poker Run, which takes place at the end of Boat Week. Participating boats pay an entrance fee, then travel to designated spots to pick up cards. The boat with the best poker hand at the end of the run is the winner. Proceeds from the poker run go to local children's charities. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 1 week prior to your arrival date, codes for the home and private beach gated access will be sent via email to you. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

Beach Reunion requires all renters to be 25 years of age. No college/school trips even with chaperones. All guests not traveling within a family vacation are required to be 25 years of age in order to stay at the home.
