We are located in Indian Shores, one of the quieter beach areas with less traffic, but still very close to many restaurants and shops. The famous Crabby Bill's and Salt Rock Grill restaurants are nearby and well worth a visit. The excitement of Disney World and Universal Studios is just 90 minutes away, while Busch Gardens is nearby in Tampa.

About the owner: My wife and I have owned beach condos in the Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores area for 17 years now. We love the beach life, and go to stay at one of our condos as often as possible. This gives us the opportunity to make sure that our condos are kept up-to-date and in great shape for your rental enjoyment.

Why this property? Largest balcony in the building, overlooking the beach. Since this is a end unit the balcony wraps from the beach side around the end of the building so that you will always have a cooling breeze to sit in.

Indian Rocks Beach is the hidden gem of the Suncoast and this corner Gulf-front unit was the perfect retreat. What impressed: The kitchen was well stocked with pots, specialty utensils, blender and the like. What could be better: Towels and sheets were motel average. But to be fair, the king bed was comfortable. Overall: Highly recommended.


May 2017

We wanted a good location, accessible to FL West Coast Spring Training games, and also a nice beach spot on the Gulf Coast. This Sand Castle II unit provided both. Arrival and check-in was competently handled by the ladies at Plumly Real Estate, just up the road from Sand Castle. Their resources and amenities, including free bikes and movie DVD rentals, were a nice touch and added value to our stay. The unit itself served our needs with comfortable furniture, TV's and appliances that worked, and, being a corner unit, a nice wraparound outdoor deck for morning coffee and evening sunset watching. Beach access was easy. There are plenty of comfy beach chais lounges with canopies to rent - pay the $25 and they're yours for the day. If you like walking, the beach goes for miles north or south, with plenty of firm sand along with gulls, pelicans, herons, and other indigenous sea birds to photograph along the way. Sand Castle II also provides good restaurant access. The Pub is right across the street, Crabby Bills is about a mile north, and there are plenty of options driving south. We especially enjoyed Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk in Madeira Beach. Try the Mad Beach Craft Brewing Company. Great brew and food - sit outside to avoid the noise! A few quibbles: This unit is on the 3rd floor, very near the pool and hot tub. The latter is very popular all day and well into the evening. We could hear hot tub conversations clearly in the master bedroom. Nothing rowdy, but the noise did detract from an otherwise peaceful location. There are also no recycling bins or facilities in this building - everything has to go in the trash, apparently. Trained as we are to separate our bottles, cans, and paper, it wasn't easy being "green"! Thanks to Richard for sharing this lovely location!


Mar 2017

This is my fourth visit to the Indian Shores area and my first time renting a condo. Took the whole family this time and needed a large, comfortable place to stay: this condo exceeded my expectations! More than enough room for six adults and my daughters dog. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We liked the palm tree's just off the balcony and the amazing view of the Gulf. Very clean pool and hot tub area with the beach a step away! The Pub restaurant is across the street ( right on Intercostal waterway, great food and drinks) and there are so many other restaurants and bars within minutes from the condo: try Guppy's and Crabby Bills. Richard, the owner, is a great guy to deal with and responds to all your e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner. The folks who manage the rental property, Plumlee Vacations, were excellent as well. This was a great family vacation and recommend to those who want a relaxing, beach vacation. Thank you, Richard.

this condo has a wrap-around deck that allows you to see both the Gulf and the waterway. Full amenities inside and a pool and spa downstairs. Elevator building and just steps from the beach. A wonderful place and we're going to stay here again next year.


May 2016

Just spent a week here in May 2015. The condo has been nicely updated, including new leather LR furniture. The balcony is where you will spend your time, so peaceful and relaxing. It has a wrap around balcony and gives you a view of the intercoastal waterway across the street. The pool and hot tub are just steps away from the elevator, as is the beach. This is an end unit, which we found to be nice and quiet. We travel with our dog and it is very pet friendly too! Plumlee Realty that handles the condo is close to the location and very helpful. Also, they had free bikes for the day and free DVD'S for use. One restaurant across the street, but you can ride the trolley up to Clearwater beach or down to St. Pete beach. Pay by the day nominal charge and very, very frequent stops. Also, do not miss the pizza a Slyce, it is amazing. Perfect to eat on the balcony waiting for one of the gorgeous sunsets. I was very impressed and I live only 18 miles from the gulf a bit south of this location. We will be back again.

We truley love this condo. We have been here 3 years running and will probably come back next year. The condo is comfortable and is pet friendly. There are lots of good restrauants very close and the rental company is very nice to work with. The only improvement would be new couches. The people who stay here put on suntan oil and then sit on the microfiber couches. It makes them look very soiled. We always put sheets over them when we are there. All in all a very nice condo. (Owner note: New leather couches - much nicer now)

My family stayed here in July of 2011. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. It is handy to many attractions and restaurants. We have a dog who travels with us and it is very pet friendly. We will be returning next year.

Family Vacation.

Our family has vacationed at Indian Shores many times and we’ve stayed at many different locations. This condo had all the conveniences of home, the location was easily accessible but best of all was the view of the Gulf. Everything was just as we hoped and expected. The condo did not necessarily have the most high end furnishings but everything was nice, the beds were comfortable and everything worked.
