We were absolutely thrilled with our entire three month stay at this property. Very close to all the beaches we love and the Venice Jetty waterway has become a favorite. Close to our favorite eateries like Pop's, Sharkey's, Moma Leone, and Evie's Tiki Hut. The home itself was just perfect. A well-equipped kitchen, wet bar, big laundry room, 2 car garage which was fully utilized made for easy living! The home is just beautiful and we loved meeting our neighbors in the safe and accessible neighborhood. Our owner was totally committed to making our stay perfect from the very start. 5 big stars all the way!

Really enjoyed this home. The owners have done a great job of supplying the kitchen and we loved the lanai! The location of this home in Nokomis is perfect…6 minute drive to the beach - we went almost every day for a couple hours - close to restaurants, grocery shopping and Sarasota with its great shopping and dining, is just minutes away. We didn’t feel claustrophobic as the home is spacious and the community is not touristy. Looking forward to January 2023!!

The photos are accurate but do not do this beautiful home justice ! Everything you could possibly need is here for your beach vacation. All the extras and quality furnishings made this one of the best vacation rentals we have had the privilege of booking. The roomy home was so comfortable and the lanai and front entrance area are great for relaxing outside as well. Nice residential area just off of Tamiami and only a few minutes to Nokomis jetties and downtown Venice! Thank you Albina and Sergey for sharing your home with us - we hope to visit again in the fall !

This is the second home we have rented from Albina. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, Downtown Venice and less than 10 minutes to the beautiful Nokomis beach. The house is roomy, newly decorated and has a large screened lanai. The house is fully equipped for your stay. We enjoyed every moment and look forward to returning next year.

Very nice and clean condo a quiet well maintained community. highly recommend..it's a perfect location for seeing everything that you might want to see in Southwest Florida great access to many beaches..also easy to visit nearby towns. easy interstate access about 3 mi South in Nokomis.. don't miss the riverwalk in punta Gorda.about 40 mile south absolutely beautiful.. Sarasota Beaches St Armand's Circle and Anna Marie Island .. I spend two prefect months here and can't wait to return..

Our stay here was perfect. Condo was super clean and supplied everything we could ask for. Beautiful community pool, friendly neighbors and nearby shopping and restaurants. Short drive to the beach to watch the sunsets. Albina was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Sergey and Albina were spot on in describing their condo. It’s in a great location. Close to beaches, Venice and Sarasota. All shopping is close by and you can find anything you may need. The condo was the perfect size for us and you couldn’t ask for a nicer pool and facilities. Everything was provided and in neat order. We would definitely stay again and hated to leave.

Condo is exactly as owners described, super clean, has everything you will need for an extended stay. The host's go out of there way to check you in and help with any details. A gated community which is nice to walk in, a short walk to Walmart if that's your thing or 2 bikes for the the bike trail which is close by. Numerous restaurants to choose from in the area many on the water. Hopefully we will be going back.

We stayed at Albina and Sergeyev’s 2 bedroom condo in Osprey last month - December 2020. We loved it. Location is superb. Minutes away from great beaches and stores for quick shopping. Everything we needed for relaxing stay was available to us. Condo very clean. Attention to detail by hosts Albina and Sergey is outstanding. Truly home away from home!!!Will be back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at a two bed two bath condo in Osprey Florida, the house was in a HOA community and the people could not have been nicer. The condo itself was in great shape, clean linens, clean kitchen, clean everything. And the owner of the condo couldn’t have been nicer to us and anything we needed she was more than happy to provide. I would highly recommend using this owner and her properties anytime in the future.

The condo is located in a beautiful and gated community with wonderful amenities. The location is very convenient to beaches/shopping/dining. The condo itself is very well appointed with comfortable furnishings and very spacious. The Owners are wonderful folks who made sure all was well and great to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. I will be letting all my friends and family know about this home if they are visiting the area.

It was one of the best places where our family rested. Comfortable, clean and calm Subdivision. Spacious clean apartments with all necessary furniture and appliances. convenient location in relation to the beaches. Wallmart within walking distance. in general, we liked everything.
