Hello, I rent to all age groups and I am very hands on with my rentals. I just live about 5 minutes away so if you have any problems or need any help I am just a few minutes away. This house is very well maintained and it has one of the best locations and amenities on the beach. It is located on the west end of the beach, which is the quite family oriented end of the beach. It is about 200 feet from the beach and has a private pool. It also has a private and big back yard that is enclosed with a fence and has an extra wide gate to enter. What a great place to stay!! Visited July 3rd, until the 10th and have to say, the pictures don't lie! Very beautiful place on the far west end of Panama city Beach. Went with friends and family and had a great time! The more quieter side and after going to the beach for more than 20 years where you have all the loud and party going people, it was the peace I was hoping for. Mr. Mason is a very nice man who did all he could to be of service for you. I plan on only going here for now on!! Thanks for the memories!!
