The Beachcomber building and heated pool are located directly on the white sandy beach of Longboat Key! Suite 501 has an island view of Longboat Key with a partial view of Sarasota Bay from the 5th floor. Unit 501 is located ten steps to the elevator and 10 steps to the heated pool located directly on the beach. This condo does have a new full kitchen with maple cabinets and quartz counter top. The bedroom features a pillow top mattress (and 50 inch HDTV) for your comfort and also full bath. A new 50 inch Sony Smart HDTV in the living room with new sofa, new love seat and recliner for your enjoyment. The new love seat is a queen size sleeper with premium mattress for additional guests. Xfinity HD cable,and FREE Hi-Speed WIFI are provided. Also, a fully mirrored wall in the dining area and living room make the condo much brighter reflecting the Florida sunshine from the 26 foot long outside lanai.

Includes bath and beach towels, linens, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and most everything you need to enjoy your stay. Tennis, shopping, pharmacy, banking, and library are all with walking distance. Bike, kayak and boat rentals are available on Longboat Key. Also, we are minutes away from Siesta Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle with world class shopping and dining. The Beachcomber building is located right on the beach with heated pool in the center of Longboat Key. Just a few minutes away from Siesta Key Beach and St. Armand's Circle with world class shopping and dining. Choose your level of sophistication. Shopping located within walking distance. Bike path and bike rentals are available nearby. Boat rentals, fishing, and most anything you want to do. Multi-use field, pickle ball courts, tennis courts and basketball courts are minutes away. Once you are on the Key, most visitors don't want to leave. Lots to do and see.

Attractions Within Walking Distance

During our stay, we will walk in every direction and never do the same route twice as we explore the island. This year we saw the bald eagle nest for the first time. We popped into some open houses and spoke with some local realtors. We walked into Sarasota over the bridge. Quite an impressive view. Depending on your abilities there are many places to walk to. Within a few minutes there is Publix, CVS, and all of the shops nearby, Town library, Post Office, ATM, tennis courts, golf course, and the marina. A little further walk going north can take you to the recreation center, for bike rentals, kayak rentals and many other things to see and do. Whether you want to watch or play or just have fun, it is up to you!

Favorite Places To Eat

Way too many good restaurants to mention. Also,depends on what you like and your budget. One of my favorite places to eat is at a picnic table outside the Beachcomber while enjoying twilight after the sunset. Pick up some food at Publix across the street and/ or cook on the grill. Kick back and have a beer or a glass of wine a just take it all in after another beautiful day.
