2500 sq. ft. Our you ready to plan your vacation, a time to enjoy the sea, sun and sand. Our large spacious open plan villa provides a haven where you can enjoy your vacation. The villa overlooks a tranquil lake which attracts an abundance of Florida wildlife.
Our home is fully equipped for that home from home experience. The open plan and spacious layout can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The family living area has a large 55 in 4K smart flat screen TV with DVR box and Dvd plyer, with patio doors which leads out onto the pool area and lanai. There is also a separate lounge area which provides a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has table seating for six and a breakfast bar with high stools. For something a little more formal there is a separate dining area with seating for six.
The first master bedroom has a king sleigh bed, while the other master has a queen bed, both have ensuite bathrooms. The two twin rooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample storage and walk-in closets and flat screen TV's. All bedrooms have recently been refloored with wooden flooring. All linens and towels (bath/beach) are provided and hairdryers can be found in the bathrooms.
The private screened 28ft x 14ft heated pool has unobstructed views of the lake. The large deck with sun loungers and outdoor dining facilities including a gas BBQ (gas can be purchased locally) provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.
The Bradenton/Sarasota area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. The area is renowned for its many golf courses, excellent shopping with Ellenton Premium outlets and UTC mall only minutes from the house. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short drive away. The I-75 is 4 minutes drive from the villa.
Busch Gardens and Tampa are 50 minutes drive while Orlando and its many theme parks is a 90 minute drive away.

Our home is ideally located to suit young and old. The neighbourhood is peaceful and a great place to relax. Or it can be part of a two stop holiday and for relaxation after the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Those who still wish to enjoy the thrill rides, Busch Gardens is a mere 40 minutes drive away. Bradenton is a short drive from Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. While Sarasota renowned for its cultural activities, beaches, restaurants and boutique shops is also a short drive away. There are a selection of golf courses with club hire a short drive from the property.
Why Kids Love It
There are also plenty of things to do for the younger members of the family, with Mote Aquarium, South Florida Museum and Bishop Planetarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and the Myakka River State Park to name just a few.
The property is located in a quiet residential area on the SR64 but within walking distance to restaurants and local shops. The larger stores, Walmart and Publix are only a short drive away. For the golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses in the area. The Prime outlets at Ellenton and the Ellenton Ice and Sports Centre are located at exit 224 of the I-75 and the IMG Academy is only a short drive away. The I-75 is the main route to Orlando and Miami.
Bradenton Riverwalk is a 1.5-mile-long public green space located along the Manatee River in Bradenton, Florida, between Business US 41 and South Tamiami Trail. The five-acre park features a skatepark, 400-seat amphitheater, playgrounds, and a splash pad.
There are a selection of restaurants and takeaways close to the property. Our favourites are Applebee's, Outback Steakhouse and Geckos. The China Wok II Chinese takeaway offers traditional menu and is reasonably priced, and Casa di Pizza do amazing pizzas.
Downtown Bradenton on Main Street there is a selection of bars and restaurants, we like Oak and Stone a Craft beer restaurant and O'Bricks. Motorworks brewing on 9th Street W is another craft beer joint, they also have live music throughout the week, food truck menus and outdoor games.
Located just off the SR64 on Waterbury Road is a great winery called Fiorelli Winery, wine tasting is available and you can enjoy a walk around the vines.

We stayed at Tracey’s villa in May / June - we had really hot weather and were really glad of the spacious fully air conditioned property and the excellent pool for cooling off . Really nice property overall and pretty much everything you would need is at your disposal to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable “home from home” holiday. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood location and literally only minutes from a Publix and a WalMart for groceries - restaurants too are less than five minutes away. If anything should cause an issue that affects your stay - Tracey will respond very promptly - and she’s extremely friendly ! We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Tracey has done a fantastic job of ensuring that our stay at the Villa was everything we had hoped it would be! We wanted for nothing the whole time we were there. The kitchen was well furnished with anything you could think of possibly needing. It was roomy, efficient, and had more than enough pans Etc . Beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, and plenty of beach towels were also provided. My grandson enjoyed saltwater fishing with the poles that were in the garage. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The bed linens were high quality and in great shape, and there were also extra sets provided in each bedroom closet. The pool was really clean and the water temperature was just right. We really appreciated the screened in area around the pool, and there were plenty of chars, lounges, and pool toys provided. The grill was top quality, and very clean! There was even a Shop-Vac in the garage, which was used to sweep out the car before returning it. The house was more than large enough for our family of seven. The bedrooms were spread out, and we did not have to worry about keeping each other awake. The furniture was comfortable, and the TVs worked fine. The washer and dryer worked well, and there was no charge for using them - no pumping in quarters! We had such a great time staying at the Villa, that my granddaughter asked me if we go back, could we stay at the same place. We appreciate your sharing your home with us, Tracey! It was welcoming after a long day at the beach, etc., and we felt right at home.

Thanks so much for the use of your beautiful villa. We felt at home from the moment we stepped through the door. Two weeks of bliss and not one drop of rain. We enjoyed every sunset - the ones that we watched from the pool area - and the ones at the beach. I haven’t felt so relaxed in years! The house was plenty big enough to accommodate us all - even after our grandkids arrived with their mum and dad! The pool was fabulous and perfect for swimming lessons. I hope we can visit again very soon.

A beautiful big house with good sized pool next to a gorgeous lake. The house came equipped with pretty much everything we needed for the week! We chose to vacation during Christmas week to focus on family instead of presents and the house allowed us to do just that! They even had a small tree on site. Loved the house and hoping to visit again soon!

Could not ask for a better place to stay. The house is nice and and alot of space to relax. The pool is a really good size and nice lay out. The location is very convenient to the beaches and stores. The owners are very nice and even called to make sure are stay was enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bradenton.

We had a fabulous stay at Emerald Retreat. The villa was very comfortable and was very well equipped. The pool was large and had an oversized pool deck which had fabulous views of a lake. We even had some turtles come and visit. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back. The villa was well situated near amenities and was only a 30 minute drive to the most amazing beaches.

This was the 2nd year we've stayed at Emerald retreat, and we have had a fantastic stay on both occasions. The villa is in a great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need. I have to say dealing with the owners was a pleasure, and none more so than our stay in Sept 17 during hurricane Irma, where they were in touch daily, offeri f support and information. Can't recommend this rental and the owners enough.
