My family and I stayed here for a week and would definitely return. The home was spacious and clean. because it sat high, the back was private and did not look into another yard. The owner was very responsive and took care of everything promptly. I would highly recommend this property.

...my interaction with Lida was absolutely the best. She was not only personable in her emails to me, she was quick to respond to all questions with reasonable quotes. We ended up booking closer to the east coast of Florida in order to be able to visit family, but this home would be on my "go to" searches for next year. I feel that anyone who will be a renter here will be in good hands. We had narrowed our search to this one based on location and amenities, and of course, the great reviews.

JulieClean, comfortable and convenient
This home was exactly as pictured. The beds were all comfortable which is always important to us. The solar heat for the pool kept it at a perfect temperature and allowed for swimming even on cooler days. We couldn’t ask for a better location and even enjoyed seeing some of the nightly Disney fireworks from the pool deck. The owners are great to work with and the checkin process went very smoothly. We look forward to staying again on future trips and would highly recommend to anyone.

We stayed here for over 3mo. It was great location with lots of rooms, 4 Br 2 sitting rooms. Nice solar heated pool. Owners where great to work with. Emerald Isle Resort is a nice gated community. Close to WDR, shops, restaurants, easy access to all highways. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an excellent time staying at this house. The owner was very responsive and provided clear communication with us. The house is well kept and comfortable and provides great relaxation for downtime after long days at parks or after being out and about. The house was excellently located and made travel to parks and other attractions easy. I would highly recommend to my friends and family or anybody else looking for a place to stay in this area.

We stayed for entire month of March and are looking forward to our stay for March 2021! Great area, close to everything Disney and only about 1 hour to Tampa. Able to see Disney fireworks from pool area at night. Also able to see Cape Canaveral launches! Island H2O Waterpark is only 1 mile from resort. We enjoyed 15 minute drive to Disney Springs and our favorite restaurants. A great place to stay!(When Covid hit area we felt safe and staff at clubhouse couldn't have been more helpful.)Peggy C.

We stayed at Sunrise Pleasure at Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee. We were about 15 minutes from Disney, close to shopping and restaurants and 1 hour from Cocoa beach. The layout of the house is beautiful and very comfortable. A pool in your own back yard with outside furniture to relax in. Plus pool table and other games in the garage. We had a wonderful time.

Lida the owner was very cooperative to our ever need.One advantage of this property, compared with other similar homes on Emerald Island. There was quite a distance between this home and the adjacent neighbors pools, Therefore, this gave us a reasonable amount of privacy and as it was on the top of a slight incline, meant we were not being overlooked by other homes which is a big plus. All in all an enjoyable vacation. Will certainly recommend to our friends in the UK
