We had looked at many villa's before deciding on this one. It was a clear winner for me. I remember walking in to it for the very first time and thinking WOW! Eight years on I still get that same feeling.
The property is south facing, so it is ideal for an early morning swim and
a lovely setting for a cocktail as you watch the sunset. To unwind there is the piano, or the small study room where you can curl up with a book.
The tiled compass in the entrance floor always reminds me of the different directions life takes you to. I love that compass!!

Quiet location but within easy distance to many restaurants and bars. A number of supermarkets like Publix, Walmart and Winn Dixie are close by and easily accessible.

The beautiful beaches of Englewood and Boca Grand are and easy 15 minute drive.

There are 5 golf courses within minutes drive of our home and many more if you wish to venture further out and explore the area.

The gulf coast is a fishermen's paradise, either fishing from the numerous piers, the beaches, fishing charters or why not try the canals around Rotonda West

Rotonda West provides miles and miles of walking and cycling paths, we have 3 cycles in the garage for your use.
