The house is easily accessible to everyone via stairs or custom commercial elevator. It has high speed internet, wi-fi and plenty of HD televisions for viewing: including 76 inch TV with surround sound. The layout is spacious and carefree with over 4000 square feet of living space. Plenty of room for everyone or privacy to get away.
The main living area (living/dining/kitchen) located on level 2 forms an "L" around a large outdoor dining patio with views in all directions. This level also has two king guest bedrooms (each with balcony) and a full bath.
The romantic master bedroom suite with open beam ceiling is privately tucked away on the third floor. It has his and her bath rooms, a separate living room, mini kitchen and two large outdoor covered patios, one waterside overlooking Florida Bay.
The ground floor apartment compliments the rest of the house. The living room and full kitchen overlook the water. There is a large king guest room with sunny outdoor patio and full bath.
Located at mile marker 86.5, the house is close to all the Keys has to offer: world-class sport fishing, swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea, snorkel or dive at a coral reef, boat out to the sand bar, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, go back-country fishing in Florida Bay. Enjoy live music at one of the many waterfront restaurants or spend the afternoon at the Village of Islamorada Founders Park with its Olympic-size pool, kids water park, sandy beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, ball fields, and more.

This was the nicest home overall I have rented. If you have a boat, don't look elsewhere. Everything in the house functioned and the house had everything one would need, even for people who do cook while on vacation, like me. The elevator was fantastic for loading and unloading groceries. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Great owners who responded quickly when I had one issue. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again the next time I want to go fishing in Islamorada.

If you’re looking for a well kept beautiful home, right on the water positioned right between the Gulf and Atlantic, great pool and hot tub YOU FOUND IT. Communication is great and owner is so helpful. Tons of recommendations nearby for your stay. The pictures are a true reflections. Many times the pictures don’t accurately portray but not here, what you see is what you get. Already thinking of when we can visit again!

My wife and I have stayed at Irish Ayes the month of February the last three years. We love it there. This three story home has it all, pool, spa, boat dock even an elevator. The third floor master suite is great. His and hers master baths not to mention the kitchenette. Like I said, this home has it all. The only thing that I don't like about "Irish Ayes" is that I don't own it !!!!!

We have spent the month of February, for the last three years, relaxing in this beautiful home! We ❤️ it there! This well-stocked home has it all! Pool, spa, dock and even an elevator to easily reach all three levels. The third level contains the master suite with large his/hers bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchenette! The decks off of every room are fabulous! Whether you want sun or shade all you have to do is select your desired deck! On the ground level, there is a fully-appointed apartment for your visiting guests! Highly recommend!!!
