1400 sq. ft. This Venice vacation condo rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 6 guests and features views of the fairway on Plantation Golf Course. It is a ground floor unit and has 2 separate lanais. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features beach wicker furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

Something for everyone at this condo. Nice quiet location, on golf course and less than 5mins away from major stores and restaurants in either direction. Has a heated swimming pool, clubhouse and outdoor grills. Surprised by the included covered parking, private laundry, storage area with beach toys and nice neighbors. Host was great! Responsive, with a smooth check in/out process. Recommend for a single, couple or small family, and definitely any avid golfers!

The condo is in a very nice location. First floor a plus. Enjoyed watching golfers from the lanai. It was clean, well equipped and stocked. Renting was very businesslike- no issues, owner helpful, deposit returned in a timely manner, etc. Overall - a good short term rental experience.

A vacation in Paul Ayoub`s condo, Unit 171 in Farmington at Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice is a great spot to relax, unwind and enjoy all that is offered. The condo is supplied with everything you need for to make your vacation stress free. It has a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need for food preparation. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep. A screened in lanai to relax and enjoy the beautiful, warm weather. The pool is steps away, clean, refreshing and heated. There are plenty of chaise lounges for relaxing when you come out of the pool. The town center of Venice is beautiful with lots or stores for wonderful shopping and many excellent restaurants for those who wish to dine out. There are beautiful beaches in Venice for those who enjoy a swim in the ocean or sun bathing at the beach. The Crow`s Nest and Fins are great restaurants down by the water. Dockside is another fun restaurant on the water which has music. Public’s is right around the corner to fulfill all food needs. A vacation here is one you will enjoy immensely. Friendly people, sunshine, palm trees, how can you go wrong!

Larger than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable, full size washer and dryer,and a short walk to pool. The front patio let's you watch the golfers in the morning. The pool is nice and not crowded. We also enjoyed the grill which was near condo. Try our favorite restaurant Luna in Venice.

Eugene R.Nice and quiet Florida getaway!
Condo is located next to the golf course, so the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It has 2 big lanais and plenty of room inside. The doors to the bigger lanai is basically a glass wall, which allows a lot of sun inside and makes the room very bright. The condo also has an outside storage, which is very useful for those moving or whoever has a lot of stuff on them (never seen those back in IL). Fully furnished, condo also has all necessary kitchen devices and electronics. Nearest beach is roughly 10 minutes away, while siesta key is little over 20. Pool area is nice and clean, and never crowded. We indeed enjoyed the place, and if I will need a place to stay in the area, I would definitely consider it again!

We had never visited the Venice area but had heard good reports. Our stay at this condo was everything we wanted. The condo neighborhood is safe, quiet, beautiful. The beaches were wonderful and quite varied from white, busy Siesta Key to quiet, peaceful Caspersen Beach. We made a list of everything we thought sounded interesting to see and will have to come back at least 2 more times to see them all! The Mote Aquarium, Stump Pass Beach, Myakka SP, etc. more than met our expectations for "natural" entertainment and enjoyment. The condo is quite comfortable with lots of storage space and well-equipped. The beach chairs which were provided came in very handy. We look forward to many returns to this lovely place.

My friend and I stayed at this wonderful condo in Venice Everything was clean and we had a nice spacious place .. the pool was within walking distance and there was also a grill to cook out .. the owner was very patient with my questions and was very nice to work with I would highly recommend this sweet vacation spot to anyone Would love to rent it again .. A definitive 5 stars

First time in Venice Florida and WOW what a nice area to vacation in - from the condo and location to the small town shops in downtown to the wonderful beach this is a 5 stay place. Enjoyed the heated pool that was clean along with the grounds. We did the BBQ almost nightly and the grill was so clean also. The condo was very clean and has all the linens so all you have to do is unpack and enjoy. Loved the view of golf course from the back patio - Thank You Paul once again. Tim Barney
