This Surfside condo 908 was the best we have had. It was clean and had very comfortable beds and living area. We had everything we needed for a weeks worth of fun at the beach. I love how the 2nd bed room was set up and so spacious. The host Cindy was very helpful. We just could not ask for a better place and affordable for our family. We will book this condo again.

You can’t really find a better spot in Gulf shores… just a few steps to the beach! Has a nice cool pool and condo is nice; not fancy, but clean and nice. Joe, the property manager couldn’t be a nicer guy or easier to deal with There was an issue with the elevator while we were there, but they got it running pretty quickly. A very good bargain for a perfect location, right in the middle of everywhere you’d like to be.

I can’t say enough good things about the condo and the host. Condo is very spacious, updated, and has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need. The balcony has a great view of the private beach, there are pickle ball courts on site, and the location is perfect if you enjoy morning walks to a nearby local coffee shop. Cindy was also very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely will be coming back!

Our family enjoyed the high ceilings and the floor to ceiling windows framing the gorgeous ocean view. The luxurious gray shades matched the newly-painted walls perfectly. My favorite was the diagonal gray faux wood flooring throughout. Updated modern light fixtures and walls of mirrors added to the appeal. We loved eating on the large balcony and will book this unit again!

This condo was in the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything. The restaurant, the Royal Palm Grill has great food. The condo was so spacious with a balcony off every bedroom. I could not have asked for a better place to spend my vacation. Loved all the amenities. Also, when I contacted the owner, Cindy with questions or to let her know that we arrived, she got back to me ASAP! Thanks Cindy for sharing your place with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and definitely want to book in the future. Beautiful view of the ocean with easy access and the umbrellas and chairs at the beach were an added bonus. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and always available. The only negative thing I can say is that we had to leave!

The unit we stayed was beautiful with a great view of the beach. The bedrooms were large enough and adequately furnished for our guest. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and other kitchen assorted items we would need to cook with. Just a beautiful condo. All our guest that came with us were extremely comfortable and happy. Surfside is a great place to stay as well. Cindy was excellent to deal with. Very happy with our stay. Will book with this unit again in the future.

We found this condo and the premise to be excellent accommodations for our vacation. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. The large dining space and kitchen made our in-house dining a smooth operation. The facilities within the condo and on the premise were in excellent order. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts during our stay. So grateful for the experience we had with this unit!

We really enjoyed staying in 908 at Surfside. Great location with very easy access to the beach, dining, pickleball and the pool. We loved that you could see the beach from every room based on how the condo was designed, and the large balcony was a plus. It was very clean and the owner was very helpful and communicative. And we really appreciated that free beach service was included - that was a very nice touch.

Wonderful ocean views from all rooms! It was so peaceful going to sleep as I was listening to the waves crash against the shore from my bedroom. I still remember the feeling. It is a very family-friendly condo. But also quiet and peaceful for those that are looking for some relaxation. Large pool and hot tub. Has walkover to the beach with a bar that serves the best pina colada. The very convenient restaurant downstairs on 1st level. Just a few minutes to the outlet for great shopping, too. The beaches are true to the picture. Soft white sand and emerald green & blue water. I will definitely be back. Can't wait to bring the kids next time. Oh and they also have a community fire pit on special nights for guests!!!

Although we are only half way through our stay in #908 I felt it important to leave a review for anyone looking to rent this season. We are "snowbirds" and have rented several places in the past. This is by far the best. The condo is quite large and comfortable. Nicely furnished and equipped. The resort is nice. The best part is Cindy at Hall Properties. She is by far the best landlord we have ever dealt with. Very friendly and attentive. Responds and takes care of any issues (there haven't been many and if any at all very minor) in a very timely fashion. We can safely recommend this property to help make your stay pleasurable. We have already booked our next stay

Brenda L M.Perfect selection for our family beach vacation!!
This was our first family beach vacation, after looking for months and talking with Cindy I selected Surfside, Miramar Beach. This was perfect for our family of 6 adults and our 3 grandchildren. We had plenty of room and privacy, I was very impressed with the kitchen, everything we needed to prepare meals. The views from this condo were amazing!! Having a washer and dryer in the unit made everything so handy. I found myself wanting to get up early and start the coffee pot, pour me a cup and head over to beach to sit in one of the reserved chairs to watch to day begin! At night I could sit on the balcony and watch my husband and grandson crab hunt. It was so great to watch our whole family enjoy this beach experience together, this beach is truly beautiful, and we were so happy with all this condo provided us with...definitely will do this again but will not need to search for months...just contact Cindy.
