If you are looking to escape from the day to day hustle and bustle with your family or even on your own; Quiet Waters will surely meet your needs. Upon arrival you are greeted with the warmth of St.Pete's sun. When you arrive to Quiet Waters the premises is calm and well taken care of by the Management company. The condo suites my family's needs thus the frequent return. It is spacious and clean and has all that you need; your home away from home. The beach is steps away and be prepared to step in the serenity of the warm, crystal clear ocean water. The beach is a private beach and therefore there is not a lot of confusion. It's a time to relax, soak in the sun and breath in that ocean air; all the while making memories and perhaps meeting some people along the way. Should you want to be poolside instead, Quiet Waters has a pool as well that is clean and maintained. There is plenty to do after a day at the beach within driving distance that are family friendly. We often visit John's Pass and the St. Pete's Aquarium. Guaranteed sun and heat, guaranteed fun and guaranteed that you won't miss your home while at Quiet Waters!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place truly felt like our home away from home. It was spacious with beautiful decor. The kitchen had all of the amenities we required to do our own cooking, there was even a bbq grill located outside which we were very happy about. We would spend our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony, overlooking the beautiful lake ahead.The location was super convenient, 5 minute walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen (white sand and crystal clear water). Just a short distance from our condo the beach restaurants were located, and the nearest grocery store was only a 5 minute drive. In the evenings we pampered ourselves by enjoying the whirlpool hot tub or heated pool located on condo property. Overall our experience was very positive and we look forward to returning in the future.

Natalia C.Wonderful condo by the beach
The condo is by a white sand beach with clear water. It is one of the best beaches we've ever seen. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, including a barbeque outside that we often used. On chilly days we would enjoy time in the heated pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the dock. Stores and restaurants are in close proximity to the condo. Joe (the owner) was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will visit again.
