Also, if the guest leaves earlier for any unforeseen circumstances or emergency, the number of nights that were already paid for may be used for a future date(excluding major holidays where prices and availability may differ).

We stayed here for a few days while attending a national cheer competition and what a delightful place we selected! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The pool was a nice size out back. Kitchen had all the amenities and appliances. Nice new tvs in all the rooms. Furniture and beds were comfortable. We felt extremely safe where we stayed and had excellent customer service whenever we needed anything or had questions. Overall we give this place the highest rating and would definitely stay there again next year!

The location is close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. We used the splash pool everyday and enjoyed the patio. The downstairs bedroom and bath made this vacation possible as my husband and I don't do stairs. My son and grandson enjoyed their privacy on the upper level. The owner, Robert, was attentive with our requests. Definitely a great decision to stay at Storey Lake!

Nice location (close to all the attractions). The resort amenities were wonderful and within walking distance (we did take advantage of the free golf cart shuttle service on a few occasions to avoid the walk with little ones and parking issues). The workout facilities had nice equipment, which we used regularly. I'd like to start this next paragraph of information in the best/most positive light, but also feeling the need to be true to fellow VRBO users ... All our concerns where meet with prompt attention. Upon our arrival the tile floors were filthy, all the dirt had either been mopped into the corners or swept into the back screened area. The baseboards where so thick with dirt and dust they appeared fuzzy. Stairs and carpeted areas had full on hairballs! Robert immediately contacted the company responsible for cleaning the unit and sent, not one but two cleaning teams to remedy the situation! I believe the original cleaning crew was fired. Unfortunately we had to contact Robert a few more times regarding a frozen garbage dispose, two clogged drains, damaged lanai screens, a pool pump leak that nearly drained the pool, the shortage of bath linens (specifically rags and hand towels) and absence of kitchen linens. I felt so bad about having to bother him so frequently during the first 2 week that I repaired the holes in some bed sheets myself rather than call him. Through it all, Robert was very prompt in ordering the repair of everything I brought to his attention. I'm afraid the property has been well used and just needs a good refresh. The photos of this property are very accurate, however a little TLC in the paint department would be helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cute china/dishware with enough to serve 20! However...The saucepans were all small, perfect for a can of soup or Mac n Cheese - nothing large enough to boil potatoes or pasta. The frying pans - only big enough to make two grilled cheese sandwiches at a time. The only bowls, while very charming, where all soup/cereal size. There were zero serving or mixing bowls, this made building a salad, mixing up muffins or pancakes impossible. I did ask Robert if he had an inventory list as I thought items might be missing. He did not have a list and recommended we spend some money to purchase our own items. As a side note we did rent this property for 7+weeks. I suppose if you're here for a shorter visit you maybe won't cook and will just eat out.

This place was AMAZING! Me and a few buddies came out to check out the parks. We wanted a relaxing weekend when we weren't at the parks. It was private. It was clean and it was spacious. The price was amazing. The whole time awesome. Will definitely book again.

We stayed 4 nights at this place and it was very nice. The location is pretty close to the main resort, less than a 4 min walk. Pros: Location, cost, communication with owner, modern decor, parking, cable, hot water, pool. Cons: pool heater wasn’t turned on when it was supposed to but the owner helped us fix it right away. The couch is a little dated so it’s not the most comfortable. Carpet could use a fresh cleaning but it wasn’t bad.Overall I’d recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We stayed here for 7 weeks and really enjoyed it. We found the home to be a bit dark throughout the day because it’s a townhouse without windows on side walls, but there’s lots of lighting available to brighten it up, just not natural light. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the pool and fitness area. Property management company was great, very responsive and helpful.
