About this rental
Welcome to our "Happy Place". When we first came to Destin, many years ago, we fell in love with it, as we are sure, you will too. Unit 10E , second floor unit, had a complete renovation in January 2019. Sleeping 8 we have the master bedroom with a King bed, remote control ceiling fan and 32 inch flat screen tv. In the hall there are 2 bunk beds with access to the full bathroom off the master. Down the hall into the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot and just about everything you would need. The open concept affords access to the living room with full size sofa, love seat and occasional chair and a 50 inch flat screen with cable tv and free wi-fi. In the living room is the slider to the patio where you will enjoy great views of the pool and grounds, not to mention having your morning coffee watching the beautiful Destin sunrise. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft with a queen bed and 2 twin beds in separate areas, a 32 inch flat screen and a full bath with a pocket door. Each unit has a dedicated parking spot with open spaces for your guests. There is also a private laundry room, with storage space. The beach, with its beautiful white quartz sand is located just across the street with private access. All units are non smoking and do not accommodate our fur babies. We hope you enjoy our Happy Place and please return year after year.

Just a short stroll or drive to the Whales Tail, Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, the Surf Hut. Do not forget McGuire's Irish Pub overlooking the famous Crab Island, Tailfins and LuLu's. Just to mention a few!

About the owner: We have been coming to Destin for 10 years and the first time we stepped foot in the beautiful white quartz sand we knew we would be back. After many years we decided that perhaps some day we would move here. We are unable to do that now but in the future we hope to be able to. The first time we visited Seacove we were struck by how friendly everyone was. We hope you will find all this to be true and will return year after year too.
Why this property? Seacove is more than just a condo, it is a family oriented, gated community. The community is just across the street from the private, gated access to the beach. Within walking distance to coffee shops, and gift shops.

Destin sites, beach walk, and backyard are a part of this comfortable space. There is plenty of room for family upstairs and down. Newness was a treat and enticed visitors to keep it shiny and clean. Neighbors were friendly and visited. Quietness was respected by all. Access to beach was wonderful, with walking sidewalks to businesses. We hope to keep in touch with this one. Thanks for a great stay.

Our family immediately felt welcomed. We enjoyed the pool and the 3min walk to the beach every day. The beach is beautiful there. We definitely plan to take another family vacation in the future!
