Centrally located in Holmes Beach, this elevated two bedroom/two bath half duplex is the perfect retreat! It has its own private heated salt water pool and outdoor BBQ area with gas grill! The beach is a short 2 1/2 blocks away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart are provided. Just load up and go! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your trips to the beach.
Updated throughout and furnished in bright, coastal colors, you will feel right at home here for your beach getaway. Inside the house has a split plan with a king sized bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. For additional accommodations, there is a brand new queen sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
A few of the many features included are stainless appliances, flat screen TV, plantation shutters, AC, and WIFI. There is also a one car garage with a Ping Pong Table and Corn Hole! There is even a video game console to keep the kids (or kids at heart) entertained. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot provided.
The trolley stop is conveniently located just down the street, where you can hop on the free trolley and go the length of the island to all of your favorite shops and restaurants!
This house can also be rented together with it's sister property next door for the ultimate family vacation pad!
PET POLICY:
We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.
2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.
Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:
Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of the Guest’s no-show or early departure, collected monies will NOT be refunded unless Gone Coastal subsequently rent the property for the entire cancelled period. If we successfully rent the property, all monies collected, less a $150 cancellation fee will be refunded. In the event the Guest cannot fulfill the Rental Agreement, no subletting or assignment by the Guest is allowed without prior written consent from Gone Coastal.
Inclement Weather: Gone Coastal cannot be held responsible for inclement weather and accordingly, refund of rental monies is not required. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten the area the National Hurricane Center and local governing officials will announce evacuation procedures. In the event of a voluntary evacuation (the Guest decided on their own to leave). Gone Coastal is not required to provide a refund.
Construction Policy: In the event construction should occur in the proximity of the Guest’s rental property before or after a reservation is confirmed and/or during the Guest’s stay, Gone Coastal cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience this may pose. All such activity is governed by ordinances of the island municipalities and strictly enforced.

Carol O.Perfect beach location with beautiful interior
This duplex includes stunning beachy interior decorating, great location (quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to a white sands beach) with a bonus heated pool with outdoor shower, which was ideal after a day at the beach! Perfect for two couples as the bedrooms were charming with the decorating and bedding (comfortable beds) with plenty of storage and TVs and connected to their own bathroom. The galley kitchen was well-appointed with every modern convenience including both a coffee maker and Keurig. The living/dining room combo area is comfortable and is decorated with adorable area artwork. The owner includes towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a beach cart. The only thing you need to is your cooler, snacks, suntan lotion and cocktails!

The owner (Justin) was incredibly warm and helpful throughout the rental process. The cottage was charming, well kept and in a fantastic location just a short walk from the beach. The private salt water pool provided a welcome respite from the summer heat, and the lovely backyard with a wonderful table and umbrella was a perfect place to have a late evening dinner. This was the perfect vacation retreat. We definitely will be back.
