Master bedroom with King bed, full bathroom and walk-in closets, second bedroom with Queen and single beds, and guest bathroom. Laundry area. Two smart TVs, internet, tel with free long distance in N America. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining for up to eight. Hardwood floor, tile and carpets. Second floor, two short flights of stairs. Nice, comfortable, well furnished condo in a very good location. Short drive to several beaches. Nice amenities and very close to pool. Very nice golf course and a screened in lanai to overlook a lake and the golfers. Perfect place for morning coffee. Dan is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for 1 or 2 couples. Not really a place for children in my opinion.

Dear Dan, you are the best. Your apartment was lovely and so comfortable. The view from the lanai was wonderful. We loved watching the activity around the lake and the golfers enjoying their sport, we have stayed on Stoneybrook many times over the years as we have been coming to Sarasota since 1997. It started as a two week vacation then increased to the month.Brian and I both contracted Covid right at beginning of holiday. What a beautiful lean and comfortable home to have to isolate. At least we could go for many lovely walks around the complex and visit the pool when there was no one there. We also visited Myakka several times as we could stay in the car. We love Myakka. as we have many friends in Sarasota they sent us made meals. How about that?!We also experienced Hurricane Ian, lost our rental car in the storm as a huge Live Oak was pulled from its roots only to fall on top of our car. Dan made sure that we were OK the whole time as Stoneybrook lost power. The community pulled together to help us out. Dan was on the phone so many times showing concern. The hurricane was an act of nature and no fault of anyone. Certainly an experience.My heart goes out to all those not as fortunate as we were. Many lost their homes, livelihood and possessions. I watch the news now at home and friends keep me informed at the constant activity to build again. We had our flights cancelled to go back home so that took several days to sort out. Despite our experience we loved Dan’s home. If you do decide to come and visit make sure you join the community on Stoneybrook, you will not be disappointed.There is so much to write about Sarasota and so much to do and see. Just pack your bags and come and enjoy.Thank you Dan for being there for us both it was appreciated more than you will ever imagine, particularly for me due to Brian’s aphasia,

Set in the gated community that is the immaculately kept Stoneybrook golf club this condo ticks the right boxes. Stoneybrook is a short drive from the town of Sarasota and the gulf beaches. The upstairs condo, adjacent to the 18th tee, is comfortable and well appointed and the outside terrace provides a pleasant area to sit and watch the golfers or enjoy the peaceful scene and wildlife. We rented for the three summer months and were thankful for the efficient AC and the nearby pool with its compliment of loungers and chairs, which was always very clean. There is an easy to use washing machine and dryer and a good supply of pool towels. A short drive to the nearby Publix and Walmart made it easy to cater for our stay. It allowed us a great base to travel a bit further due to its location and we were able to easily visit all the local landmarks and entertainment venues. Dan had a couple of bikes which were put to good use around Stoneybrook and the legacy trail, a paved route that was the old railway. Dan is a great host, easy to communicate with and ready to help. He made an introduction for us at Avis and saved us some money on our lengthy car rental. Thank you Dan & MJ for the opportunity to relive some previous memories.

Couldn’t have been better! Dan O’Halloran Condo was very clean, stylish, spacious, affordable and equipped with everything we needed. My stay with my 3 years old boys was wonderful!!. I hated to leave! All the amenities of home, full size washer and dryer, walk in closets in master bedroom, beautiful balcony overlooking gulf course, pool across the street and in a quiet neighborhood. Dan was the best host. Responded extremely quickly to any question or concern I had. He was very accommodating and always very pleasant. My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club for the month of May 2021. Dan, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, and offered a wonderful view overlooking a lake and part of the course. Its location was excellent on the south side of Sarasota, only a few minutes from the beaches of Sarasota and Venice, and close to many wonderful restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this Stoneybrook spacious condo. The location is so convenient to beautiful beaches, downtown Sarasota and Venice. Wonderful restaurants within minutes. The pool right across from the condo is warm. The lanai looks onto the 18th tee box and water view too. Great place to ride bikes, walk, and golf. Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming

We rented this lovely condo for the month of November. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessary items needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the views from the Lani of the golf course and pond. Stoney Brook is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants but yet very private and serene with beautifull well kept landscaping. I regret we only had a month to enjoy our stay there. My husband and I rented this condo for seven months (end of March through end of October). The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything required to prepare meals. The views from all the windows are delightful ~ there's a pond with alligators (not to worry -- they stay in the water), turtles and birds. The owners are very responsive and take care of issues immediately. The Legacy Bike Trail, a Publix grocery store, drug stores and restaurants are nearby. We hope to make this our go-to place when we return to Sarasota ~ it is a very pleasant place to stay.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is well situated near Sarasota and convenient for several Gulf beaches (Nokomis and Siesta within 10 minutes' drive). The condo itself is comfortable, smart and very well equipped, ample for a couple or family of four. There are views of the 18th tee and lake with afternoon sun from the west facing back lanai. Recommended.
