CONSTRUCTION ALERT!
The Sea Winds building will be undergoing concrete repairs, estimated to begin the week of July 27, 2026 and extending through October 31, 2026. Workers will be visible on the beach side of the building, working on the balconies of the units in stacks 1 and 2. Noise will be intermittent throughout the day, commencing at ~8am and ending at ~4:30pm, weekdays. Our unit is in stack 5, so we are on the opposite side of the work.
This project comes as the result of recent structural inspections performed on the building in compliance with new Florida Laws.
For the duration of the project, the pool will be closed during the day from approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm to ensure everyone’s safety from falling debris. Access to the beach may be modified, but will remain OPEN. We do not believe the guest experience will be significantly impacted as a result of this project, but our rates have been adjusted down to offset any potential impact or inconvenience.

Great Pandemic Holiday
This condo has everything you need if you decide to stay in or enjoy all of the pleasures of Marco Island. We have been coming to the island for the past 8 Christmas Holidays. I think we have found our favorite. Our family of 5 with three college students had plenty of room. Southern island view is beautiful.
