Ocean Sands is perfectly located on Madeira Beach with grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Archibald Beach is next store which h usually has drinks, food and ice cream (set to reopen soon after hurricanes). View from the condo are spectacular. Only complaint is chairs are chained down at the pool so cannot face sun as it moves or put two chairs together if separated.

The condo was OK BUT the couch is totally worn out and supported with plywood Very uncomfortable ! There should be a lazy boy so you could watch TV in comfort. There was no TV in the second bed room so finding a spot for me to watch hockey was not available. The bed also are supported with boards and should be replaced ! The threshold on the front door should be fixed as it has a wind whistle that scared the shit out of us the first night should be fixed! The master bedroom bed is also worn out! The location is perfect as always but this condo needs a total redo of the furnishings to make it acceptable at the very high asking price ! Bob Dalling

We were pleased to return to Ocean Sands, a different condo this time Ocean Sands is in an ideal location in Madeira Beach. Grocery shopping is across the street. Wonderful John’s Pass is within walking distance. The swimming pool and hot tub are great. Hoping to return.

Very clean and everything you need. Great tvs, comfortable furniture, and convenient walking distance to grocery, drugstore, and restaurants. I really liked the lounge cabana on the deck. It’s a mystery why more rentals on the beach don’t provide comfortable deck lounges or chairs which many do not! When we come to the beach, a deck is an important consideration because we like to hang out there and enjoy the view. There was just one thing that has nothing to do with the facility. The location is right at the causeway intersection and the sound of loud acceleratiing motorcycles and vehicles was really annoying. However, this condo was a lovely place to visit.

The condo is very large and the view is incredible. Beachfront so you get beautiful views and sunsets. The location is within walking distance to a number of restaurants, cvs and grocery store. The owner was very responsive and was in touch with me to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again if possible.

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. A grocery store, dollar store, and drug store are a short walk across the street. Restaurants are also very close. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The condo is clean and the furniture is comfortable. Bedrooms included large dressers and closets.

Great 2 bedroom condo with an Oceanfront view! Easy checkin and great communication when booking. We had a view issues but maintenance was awesome on fixing them the same day and within hours. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies etc. Two items in need : sharp knives and a wine opener that works! Overall the large outside balcony: Large Table/chairs and Tall table /chairs are a great benefit to enjoy the view!! Would definitely stay again!!! OCEAN SANDS is a clean and beautiful place!!!

We have been staying at Ocean Sands in Madeira Beach for about 12 years and absolutely love it there! Everything is so close and convenient and very peaceful ! Cost is a little more expensive but We have looked at other places but when we return it will be to Ocean Sands

The condo was perfect, it had everything you would ever need for a stay and was spotlessly clean. The beach was beautiful and so accessible. The only negative we had was the agency, they were not able to give us the keys when we arrived for check in at 3PM and the apartment was not ready due to repairs being performed. We were told to wait outside the condo door. When we questioned this, one of the employees working at the rental agency swore at us and threw papers all over the floor. We had a young child with us who was quite upset by this, as we also were. Aside from the agents, the property was lovely and we had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ram Sea Resort in Redington Beach. We were a family of 5. 4 adults and 1 child. The condo was very spacious and definitely right on the beach. The unit was very updated with lots of run. Ram Sea Resort is very family orientated with fairly large pool The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There was 5 double beds in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with two double beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Beds were very comfortable. Over we all had a wonderful vacation and stay at this Resort.

When we checked into our condo on the 10th floor and walked out to the balcony it was a breathtaking view of Gulf. Pros: clean, great location, well stocked, nice pool, wonderful beach, walkable to a few stores, restaurants and bars. Owner was very accommodating. Cons: a little dated, keyless entry would be better, bed was comfortable but squeeked. The cons didn’t hamper our trip at all! We would definitely stay at Bruno’s condo again. Thanks for a lovely vacation.

"Linda has very good points . Condo is being updated in stages: 2016 floor, 2017 new beds - squeaking new-. Keyless entry is a good idea but may not be the best for a beach rental. Lobby requires key and keyless locks also need internet or AC power or batteries. Batteries have a short life in the Florida heat. A/C and internet go down during the tropical storms. Hoping to find newer solutions and thanks for the points. Bruno"
