About the Property
Our 2 story townhome is in a small private community located directly off of scenic Highway 98 across from the beach. it can sleep 4-5 adults comfortably. It was built in 2003 to new hurricane codes. Walking distance to Captain Dave’s and Kenny D’s restaurants. Close to Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin’s comments mall. Short walk to pool and private beach area. This is a smoke-free unit. The first floor has family room with futon, 1/2 bath, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils dinner ware cookware appliances needed to prepare meals. Large privacy fenced in patio area with tables and chairs lounge chair glider and grill.
The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms with two full baths and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed the second bedroom 2 twin beds, 1 floor twin mattress and aero bed. All rooms have TV streaming with fire sticks. There is a balcony outside the master bedroom overlooking the patio. There is also a baby pack & play.
We have a full-size washer and dryer. All bed linens pillows blankets and towels are provided. New carpet and AC unit installed spring of 2016. Also available for use for certain items like Santa Waze toddler suit baby cabana bodyboards Ambrose and some chairs. No beach towels provided. Conditions not guaranteed.
There is Wi-Fi, two parking spaces provided, no phone service. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
Quiet area, not to much traffic, great for biking and walking.. in between pompano joes and crab trap across from capt Dave’s , next to Kenny D. Next to Destiny. Large privage Beach area. Breakfast just down the street at Pascallis for beignets and Gouda grits! Which is also next to Bad Ass coffee and Emerald Coast Wine Cellars..
Why Kids Love It
Unit has lots of Beach Sand Toys. surf School on capt daves beach right next to us. Grassy area to play.wave surfing and pool . Near FantaSea scooter and cart rental.. we have 3 26” coaster bikes
There are three restaurants within walking distance. Short drive to two main shopping malls and plenty of restaurants. Bike and golf cart rentals nearby.

Perfect Beach Location!
We had a wonderful experience saying at the Townhouse. It was clean, spacious, and the perfect location. It has easy access to the beautiful Emerald coast beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family fun! The walk to the beach is a quick stroll down the road with a gated boardwalk to a private beach. The townhouse has plenty of room for all your things as well as everything you need to make a home cooked meal. The beds were very comfortable and perfect for a great nights rest during our vacation. The outdoor private patio is an additional living and entertaining space at the townhouse that we used many times during our stay. My kids loved using the beach toys and buckets provided by the owners for a fun day at the beach. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful during our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a space that has everything you need to make wonderful memories at the beach.
