About the Property
This coastal themed condo is a short 5 minute drive to the beach and 3 minute drive to shopping and dining - the perfect location! This freshly painted and extremely clean condo is on the second floor and it overlooks the lake and one of the three heated community pools. The community also has an active social calendar for you to enjoy.
Kichen is fully equipped and a dedicated dining area comfortably seats 4 . It is a cozy place to call home during your vacation. Our home sleeps 6 with 2 double beds in one bedroom and a king bed in the master bedroom.
The neighborhood is lined whit mature trees which is a great place to take a walk. The carport has off street parking for 2 vehicles and outside storage with grill and room for beach chairs which are provided for your Convenience.

Centennial Park - Great place to watch the sunset and enjoy a splash park. The park is a great place for community events like Farmer’s Market or just enjoy the amenities like picnic tables, a gazebo, restrooms, and free parking!

Lovely and Relaxing
My husband and I stayed in this very nice, beach-themed unit Jan—Feb 2021. The owners were very responsive In communications, worked hard to get the unit ready when the cleaning person fell through, and were timely in making a couple minor repairs. The photos represent this unit accurately, and we found it spacious, comfortable and accommodating to a few short-term guests we had over. The neighbors of Mission Lakes are very friendly, the community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located. We hope to return soon!
