Indian Creek is close to shops, restaurants, just 1 minute from the 192 main road that runs through Kissimmee and less than 20 minutes from Disney.
The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed. There is a further double bedroom, and another two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.
The two bathrooms both have a bath and shower, and come with the usual hairdryers and abundance of towels.
The kitchen has every modern appliance needed, together with all the necessary utensils and crockery. Any aspiring chef would be proud of this kitchen.
The fully screened pool area has a large deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. The pool is east facing so gets the sun from sunrise until very late afternoon, and facing the lake it is very private. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

My husband and I were looking for a break from the cold Canadian winter. The Lake Berkeley Resort is a beautiful gated community. It has 24 hour live security. We loved the peace and the nature. We looked directly out over the lake, which has an island full of birds all the time, egrets, cranes, storks, herons, ibis. Lots of different birds around the lake as well. We saw an osprey catching a fish and a bald eagle. Fish in the lake as well. Fishing is allowed. There is also a small beach and BBQ and play area. The villa is beautiful. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs. Very spacious, nice kitchen and dining room. A very nice, well equipped, recreation room with pool table. There are many televisions throughout the villa, though we only tended to use the one in the living room in the evening after it got dark, as we spent most of our time in or near the pool. The covered lanai with pool is spectacular and we spent most of our time in this area, either in the pool or on a lounger by the pool. Or sitting at the patio table eating our meals. There is also a BBQ which we used on numerous occasions. A wonderful vacation. To see sunrise over the beautiful trees and lake every morning whilst drinking your morning coffee, what more could you ask

Had great time here with family, kids loved the pool even more than going to Disney. Villa is well presented and clean, comfortable seating and beds. Air con was wonderful. Highly recommend and we would rent again.

Villa easy to book and no issues on arrival all ready and as described. Villa location brilliant for all the Disney Parks within 15 mins drive at most. 3 supermarkets near by would recommend the Target one after trying all 3. Nearby restaurants Olive Garden and Ford garage excellent. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely use again.

Lyndsey T.Lovely villa
We have just returned from staying here, it’s a lovely villa, perfect location, so close to everything! There was an issue with the pool heat and the management team responded quickly! Our daughter bum shuffles (doesn’t walk yet) so we had to clean the floors as they weren’t very clean! Definitely hasn’t put us off staying here as we are looking at booking to stay here next year!

So happy I was able to find this house. My family and I really enjoyed this lovely home!! Had everything us, My kids loved their rooms and the game room. Especially the pool. House wasn’t too far from Disney. So it was perfect. Would definitely recommend and when we go back. We would definitely love to stay here again!
