BEACH FRONT/END UNIT - TOTALLY REMODELED

Everything in this condo is new as of November 2021 and has been kept in “As New” condition since. The remodel consisted of replacing everything, the only things that are still original is the tub in the guest bath and the drywall, everything else is brand new (including the furnishings and the HVAC)!! We did the remodel this way to make sure our guests had the best possible chance of having no issues while enjoying your beachfront vacation!

This lovely two bedroom two bathroom condo has bonus bunks in the hallway plus a modern sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for a family/group of 8 people. The main bedroom queen size bed, 2 night stands, built-in lamps with reading lights and USB outlets, a 43" Smart TV w/cable, a walk-in closet with a wall safe to protect your valuables behind a modern barn door and it also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a BIDET! The Main Bedroom also boasts a private balcony that only the corner units have. Washer/dryer conveniently setup in the hall closet for all your laundry needs and a set of bunks in the hallway as well for the younger travelers. The bunk beds include individual tablet holders for the youngsters favorite shows and individual reading lamps for the reader. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an entry to the second bathroom.

Pelican Isle unit 318 incvludes extra views of the Gulf from the additional balcony off the dining and family rooms because it is a CORNER unit (this also means you have lees noise from other units). The kitchen is conveniently located directly off the family room allowing the views. This is the only unit in the building with a built-in fireplace in the living room for that little needed heat on the cooler spring, fall and winter evenings or turn it on for just an added ambience!

Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin which keeps it away from the traffic, but close enough for the fun! Come to Pelican Isle and capture a lifetime of memories in the sun.

Deposit: A deposit of $200 is due within 3 weekdays from date of reservation commitment, this deposit will go toward your final balance.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 years or older to rent the condo

Smoking: This is a NO SMOKING condo. A $500 fee will be applied for smoking.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the deposit refunded within 7 business days. If reservation is canceled between 29 and 14 days before check-in a 50% refund of deposit refunded within 7 business days. If reservation is canceled 13 and 0 days of check-in the entire deposit will be forfeited.
