This unit was comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen had everything needed. Joyce was super easy to book with, extremely responsive and easy to reach. The building was immaculate. We loved sitting on the balcony, taking chairs to the beach, and relaxing at the pool.

Staying on the beach is AMAZING. Place was clean and nicely updated. Very helpful having a laundry room just down the hall. LOVED having the full size kitchen so well stocked. There is even a separate beer cooler there. How did Joyce know ?? She was a great communicator and very responsive every time I reached out. Can't wait to come back.

Great location! Right on a gorgeous stretch of beach. We were slightly disappointed that this unit faces the pool, not the ocean—until we realized that the brutal afternoon sun makes the opposite units uninhabitable in the afternoon. This one stayed comfortably cool all day.The owner obviously paid close attention to details. The kitchen is stocked well enough that you could bake a cake, or cater a party for twenty people! Plenty of beach towels, chairs, even an umbrella. Coming from Arizona, we're especially jealous of the endless high-pressure water in the shower. Easy Wi-Fi, powerful air conditioner, covered parking.. this one checks all the boxes. If you have kids, it's walking distance to a mini-golf. We'll be back!

Beautiful unit; nicely updated. Great value for the price. Beach is right there. Saved enough money by staying on the intercoastal side of the building to go out for dinner each night. Didn't mind making breakfast & lunch as the kitchen is very well stocked. Joyce is great to work with as she gave us ideas of points of interest and local attractions and popular restaurants.

The accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. I would definitely come back, however I would rather have a view of the ocean than the street. I guess I didn't understand the terminology when I booked the room.

This unit has only a 4Nt minimum EXCEPT Feb & March and holiday weeks. A 7Nt minimum is required during high season and holiday weeks.
