EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service, and its very own Pavilion Bar & Grill! This eliminates having to go back to the home for potty breaks or to rinse off the kids, or just get a bite to eat with a cold beverage. It's all available at the Emerald Shores beach pavilion!

This is a great set-up for three families with the 3rd-floor game room providing a private TV and play area for the kids or it can be used as a 5th bedroom utilizing the queen futon sleeper. Two roll-away single beds are also kept in the home.

This home was the very last home completed in Emerald Shores and was updated in 2019. This is our flagship property and largest home within Emerald Shores. This home has two living areas and an extremely large family area integrated with an open kitchen and dining area for large groups.
