The condo was perfect. Parking was close to elevator as was the condo entrance. The place is clean and nicely furnished. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony looking at the water. the grounds are landscaped with fountains and swimming pools. We highly recommend and plan to return next year.

We were lucky enough to have this condo available for a reasonable rate. The views from the top floor were magnificent. There were so many items in the condo that we didn’t need or use (family of 3 with one adult kid) - would be helpful for a larger family or a family with young children. having all the spices, pans and utensils needed to prepare meals was also a huge help. This particular condo was right across from the elevator making it easier to transport loads back-and-forth from the beach. I would recommend booking 607S. Rick and Charlotte are very easy to communicate with. The staff at the condo: front desk to the cafe to the bar. We’re also very friendly ️ shout out to my girl Ally!!

The purpose of my visit was to spend some time being close to and walking on the beaches of the Gulf. I have spent a lot of time in Naples, and It is very nice. I had never had time in the St. Pete area, so this was my first time. The condo was everything it claimed. The interior was nice, but the view was what made it worthwhile. I love the close parking, the elevator outside the condo, and the perfect view. I was totally satisfied!

Rick was a pleasure to work with on renting this condo. Communication was great throughout the process and renting directly from the owner saves you from unnecessary booking fees. The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean, with well-stocked kitchenware, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This unit comes with a conveniently covered reserved parking spot located near the elevators. The Sunset Vistas complex itself is beautiful, well-maintained and clean; with multiple elevators to avoid long wait times, even during the crowded holiday week! Our family enjoyed the large pool, tiki bar, easy access to the beach and close proximity (walking distance) to Johns Pass and many good restaurants nearby. Thank you, Rick!

We were so glad we booked your condo ! It was the perfect way to escape winter while feeling safe from Covid. The cleanliness, comfort, in unit laundry and well stocked kitchen made it seem like home. Owners Rick & Charlotte Gonzalez definitely go the extra mile replacing worn but very useable items without us asking. A knife block set & new sheets were delivered very quickly. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated! Mornings spent walking the beach & neighborhoods nearby kept us active and ready to linger on the balcony inthe afternoon. A perfect spot to relax or read. Local Osprey fly by making it even better. The Gulf views made for excellent relaxation. We couldn't have had a better stay!

This condo is a must stay. It was perfectly located on the TI strip, right on the beach, and a short walk to Johns Pass. The condo was very CLEAN and they had a few beach supplies as well. There is a kid pool area and a larger pool area with hot tub - both very clean and spaced out. The Café and Bar staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. This condo comes with a covered parking spot only a few spaces from the elevator and your room is right in front as soon as you exit the elevator. We will be back for sure.

Rick’s unit at Sunset Vista resort was very nice, cozy and clean...we booked shortly after county opened to short term rentals. Rick was very accommodating and responsive to my numerous questions. Our assigned parking spot was covered and centrally located... Pools were open and tiki bar was open. Beds were extremely comfortable!!! Very good location...it was so nice to get away... weather was great! Wish we could have stayed several weeks!
