This condo is perfect. Comfortable lanai with an excellent view of the intercoastal. Well appointed home (Best one we have ever stayed in). Everything in the condo was organzied and easy to find. Walk to beach is easy and the private access across the street was very convienent. Homeowner was very responsive and helpful when I texted with a question. Would high recommend renting from them. We will rent again for sure!!

Beautiful condo, immaculately clean. Kitchen well equipped with everything you’d need. Plenty of storage space for your belongings. Wonderful furnishings throughout. The enclosed lanai faces the inter coastal waterway, fun to watch the boats and dolphins pass by. Covered parking spot and grill in close proximity. The owners, Dee and Glenn, are great people to work with. Highly recommend this property, would not hesitate to stay here again.

What an incredible experience.....staying at this condo unit and being hosted by Glenn and Dee. First....the unit made a wonderful first impression with how clean it was and the impeccable condition of everything. The location is a very short walk to a wonderful Beach and a very nice pool area. There are plenty of fun locations to either walk to or take the trolly. The views from the unit are stunning.....both the boat traffic and also the dolphins. My wife and I had a wonderful time at this condo during our 1 week stay. The condo is in terrific condition with everything clean, updated, modern, and just as described. It is equipped with everything you could ever need for a relaxing vacation. We really only needed to bring ourselves and some clothes. The location is excellent with a great intercostal waterway view and is just a short relaxing walk across the street to the white sandy beach of Siesta Key. We also were able to enjoy the nice pool on the property, though we spent most of our time walking and relaxing on the beach. Glenn the owner was in communication with us upon arrival to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed and even mentioned that he was also available if we had any questions or if any issues came up, there were none at all during our stay. Everything was perfect, he even ordered up a great week of weather for us :). You can tell the owners take great in their property, it is so well cared for, and they make sure others feel welcome while visiting. We would definitely return here for another stay in the future. This is a perfect place for a couple to spend a relaxing week near the best beach and with lots of choices for great food and relaxing fun.

The condo exceeded all expectations! The owners have provided a beautiful home away from home. Starting the day with breakfast on the lanai overlooking the intercoastal followed by a short walk to Florida's most beautiful beach was a great start to everyday. There are several great restaraunts within walking distance and a trolley that stops right in front of the property if you want to visit Siesta Keys Village. Our stay at Midnight Cove helped make this a truly great vacation!

Our stay at Midnight Cove 2 Condo #126 was absolutely amazing. It was everything we expected and with the terrific view of the waterfront and very comfortable living quarters we would highly recommend this place to everyone. From the walkways along the waterfront to the beautiful pool and sitting area’s to the close access to the beach we really enjoyed ourselves. Also with plenty of shops, stores and restaurants nearby we had such a huge variety of places to go. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

When you rent, you may have a little concern - our first Impression when we walked into our new home away from home was "wow - it looks just like the pictures" and of course it was all that they said it would be. We felt so at home in this luxurious condo. The views of the intercostal and the stream of boats to watch was what we did every morning with our coffee and usually every night. The condo is extremely well stocked with high-end everything! You don't have a need for anything - it is all provided. Just bring your clothes and suits. The pool with the view was beautiful and the water was perfect temp every day. Our walk to the beach was convenient and never crowded. A short walk to a restaurant or two and some shopping, or hop the trolley into adorable Siesta Key. The owners go above and beyond to take care of everything. Now that's caring about your renters! You will sometimes have a little bridge noise from cars passing over, but you get used to it. The grounds are beautiful with lovely walkways and loved the covered car port, and grilling areas. You're lucky to get this condo for your stay.

Norm S.A beautuful, well-maintained condo in a wonderful location for enjoying the water or just relaxing.
My wife and I have enjoyed a week-long stay at Midnight Cove II each of the past 5 summers, with the last 3 years in this particular condo. This is one of the best condos that we have stayed in anywhere. It's always clean and well-maintained when we arrive, and the owners are responsive and helpful. The location on the inner-coastal always has something to watch from the lanai - many boats and yachts, dolphins, manatees, sting rays, and even an occasional sea turtle swimming by with the tide. The grounds are nice and well-maintained, the pool is first class, and the white sand beech is great for morning walks or playing on the sand or in the water. Restaurants, stores and the Tiki Bar are a short walk away, and the free trolley is a great way to enjoy nearby Siesta Village without worrying about parking. We always rent a nice deck boat and often book a fishing charter from the nearby marina. This is a great condo for two in a great location on beautiful Siesta Key. When it's time to leave, we always wish we could have stayed for another week!
