About this rental
This is a well-appointed one-bedroom/one-bathroom Gulf-front condominium. The bedroom offers 2 queen-size beds, a TV, which has regular cable, a VCR and a clock radio with a CD player. The condo features a nice full-size desk, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator has crushed and cubed ice on door), bar and dining area. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed, 34” High-Definition TV, a DVD & VHS player. In the living room you’ll also find Cable with HBO and Show-Time. The full bathroom includes a hair dryer and a curling iron.
The unit is located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the beach, where you can enjoy many beautiful sunsets. There is sheltered parking with one reserved parking space, a convenient elevator and laundry room access on the south end of 1st floor. We have an ocean view heated pool, with clean restrooms and shower outside. Linens and towels provided.
Free high-speed Internet connection. Unlimited, free long-distance calling within the contiguous USA and to Canada.
We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles south of Clearwater Beach. Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which offers many water sports, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Casino, golf courses and miniature golf in the area. There are many great restaurants, most with a casual atmosphere. The Sun-Coast Beach Trolley stops out front and will take you from Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for just one price. We are just a short drive from two airports. St. Petersburg/Clearwater is approximately 25 minutes and Tampa International Airport is approximately 40 minutes. It’s convenient drive to Florida's major attractions, Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc.

We loved the condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular—especially the sunsets when you could literally watch the sun dip below the horizon with amazing speed. Our one bedroom unit was the perfect size for us. The living room/dining room offered plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and included all necessary items to start you out. The owners even provided chairs and other items for the beach. The property is perfectly located as you come into Indian Rocks, and it is close to restaurants and attractions—many within walking distance. Ample parking is mostly under the first floor units. Loved our stay.

My husband and I stayed a week at the Chateaux #208. It was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated and was very well stocked. Beach towels would have been nice though. There were 2 camping type chairs. But no beach chairs or cooler. We made do. The view from condo was great and the sunsets every night magnificent! Weather started out very chilly but every day got warmer with full sun every dsy. We enjoyed many walks on the beach. Condo is in a convenient location. We had a great winter getaway and would rent this condo again.

Booking was fairly simple. There was a little confusion on which unit you get when booking but it all worked out. Price was good but a better value than I expected. Condo was clean and had a lot of extras for the beach which was a nice surprise.Great views and right on the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.Only gripe would be having actual keys for the rental. They are mailed to you and you have to mail them back. With technology now they are locks with changeable programmable combo locks which would make thing much simpler.Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

We have not been to this area in over 10 years but decided to return to the area d/t no cruises. We absolutely loved the building and the unit 208. Condo was clean, well decorated, had gorgeous views and lots to do in the area . The pool was well maintained and had plenty of chairs for everyone. We walked the beach everyday, rented bikes, went shelling and played miniature golf. Restaurant of all types in the area with Salt Rock our fav. Victoria was excellent to work with and we have already booked 5 weeks next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This condo is in a great location with perfect beach and oceanfront view. All the furniture is super comfy with all the extras provided you could possible think of. Very nice firm but comfortable beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with ample plates, silverware, pots n pans, etc., Two televisions with cable, trash chute and elevator close by. Pool was heated to perfection. I highly recommend this particular unit to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway. We really enjoyed our vacation!

We've stayed in Indian Shores for the last 7 years. This was the best so far! The condo has all the comforts and amenities of home! The couches and recliners we're all positioned for a direct view of the beach and almost too comfortable. The close location to many of the amazing restaurants was a huge plus. Salt Rock Grill on the water is caddy corner across the street. (totally recommend) The pool was refreshing (not bath water) and the beach was just steps away. The refrigerator is very spacious and the bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen had everything we could think of. We will be back for sure!

My wife and I have stayed several times in the same apartment for a week and Were very satisfied. We would certainly rent the apartment again and recommend it to friends. I have one small suggestion: I don't understand why anybody has a stove-top kettle when electric kettles are so much more convenient. I personally find top-stove kettles dangerous. But this is a very minor point. Otherwise, the apartment itself, the view from the balcony etc. are all great.

We had a great time as always. I have stayed at the Chateau since I was a child with my family and I like it so much I've now been coming several years with my family and my girls have now grown up with the Chateau. We love the relaxation of the condo and beach and the size, amenities and lay out of the condos. I have stayed at many of the units and have liked them all, especially Unit 208. We live in Orlando so the drive is not bad, we will see you next time :)
