The water shelf is long, so children can play in knee-deep waters for roughly 75’ in a calm sea.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Suggest travel insurance. Most reservations are made 6 to 18 month in advance, making it very difficult to replace cancelled reservations on short notice. If the dates can be transferred to another, a full refund is granted. Every reservation is held for a later date should cancellation occur. No lost reservations, so not refunds.
COVID-19 conditions, documented by a licensed MD, amend the stated cancellation policy.
1. Recommend travel insurance, listed in the Guest Agreement.
2. Early arrival and extended days are at no charge when available ******
3. Pet fee is $250, non-refundable. Pets often do damage to furniture, doors, carpets, and screens. Guests "typically" have not alerted us to it. We use the accumulated funds to repair pet damage as a compromise so that pets may join their owners on vacation.

Cooks kitchen, SS cookware and Le Creuset, Fitz n Floyd China, fully stocked Pantry and fresh food in fridge, including bottled water and soft drinks.
Private beach 75’ from screened pool Lanai w ga griddle and Smoker.
