It is very difficult to find waterfront properties in Siesta Key - most of the waterfront rentals are cheap hotels, that tend to be outdated and uncomfortable. This condo has the benefit of directly overlooking the bay, where we are often visited by manatees and dolphins, being within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach, and being a 2 minute walk to boat/jetski/pontoon rentals.

Beautifully decorated condo in prime location. Extra clean and upscale. Best location on the harbor with water views and walking distance across the bridge onto Siesta Key's Tiki Bar. Owner is a pleasure to work with and made the 1 month stay perfect.

We stayed at this condo for the month of July. This condo is a quick walk to the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key Beach, shops, water sports & restaurants and bars! This beautifully nautical decorated condo has everything you will need to feel right at home. The bedding, towels & furniture were high quality & very comfortable. From the bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and even tents, your day at the beach is made much easier! The small, gated community even has a pool which is quiet and relaxing. The view from the enclosed lanai is breathtaking. From watching boats on the Intracoastal, the Stickney Point Drawbridge, to sea life and watching storms roll in! I wish we could take the view back with us! The owner is very easy to work with, very accommodating and made the process great. We hope to return soon!

We stayed at this beautiful condo from October-December. It is overlooking the ICW where we saw dolphins, fish, birds and manatee! The condo is very well stocked with every essential you could want. It comes with beach bikes, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The beds are very comfortable. The furniture is high quality and stylish. It’s done in a tasteful beach theme. The owners are super easy to work with. The complex is small and the other tenants are very friendly. Would highly recommend this place!
