It was a pleasure communicating with Manny. He was quick with his responses and willing to answer all inquiries.Upon arriving, we met Manny in person. He gave us an overview of restaurants, businesses and things to do and see in the immediate area. There is also a very useful binder, in the cottage, that has information amassed by Manny and previous guests to refer to. The listing states that it is within walking distance of these types of things and that is 100% accurate. The beach is also a very short walk from the back door of the cottage.The cottage rental was exactly as pictured. We really appreciated the starter kits left for us. This included dish washing liquid, dishwasher tabs (for the dishwasher), toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, etc.The cottage was clean and well stocked with bath, beach and kitchen towels.There is a vacuum and mop, in a utility closet, for light housekeeping should you choose to do so, while staying. The laundry facilities are handy (ground floor) and easy to operate.In the laundry area are stored pool noodles, beach chairs, beach wagon, etc that we were told we could use.

I arrived in Indian Rocks Beach on October 31st I had the most overwhelming welcoming to this Cottage. It was not even a one minute walk down a little Bridge right out to the beach. At 5:30 p.m. I would meet my new friends at the end of the little dock. I watched as one of the most breathtaking sunsets I've ever seen in my lifetime. The the vibrant colors were Sent From Heaven. The Afterglow from the sunset brought out every color of the rainbow. The cottage is a perfect place to relax with decks on the front and decks on the back and recharge your engines. Across the street or several restaurants all of culinary delight. I found everyone that I met some now lifelong friends were so kind and nice. Put your toes in the sand and relax.

Sweet beach cottage!!! This cottage provided everything I needed for a restful beach get-a-way. Clean, nicely appointed with beach decor. Great location...steps to the beach, easy walk to restaurants, CVS, museum, shopping. Or hop on the trolley to go up or down Gulf Blvd. The owners have provided everything one could need for a visit to the beach, and are personal and easy to work with. I highly recommend this sweet beach cottage!!!

We have rented cottage A the past 2 January's and will also rent January 2022. Our best friend rents cottage B the same time and we have a blast. Stores and restaurants are close by.we cook in a couple of times a week. Rental has grill, outdoor tables, washer and dryer. And we enjoy our daily morning walks on the beach. Good Lord and Manny willing, we hope to come back for many years. Great place.

This is a great, updated property conveniently located to dining, attractions, and of course the beach. This cozy cottage has all the modern amenities while retaining the great feel of a beach getaway. ‘It was easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants. The beach was just a few short minutes away. Them beach was beautiful and not crowded at all.We will definitely be back!

We just came back from spending March 2019 at IRB, cottage A, 302 Gulf Blvd. The cottage met all our expectations. Clean, beachy, new furniture, loved the decks, location awesome. You must go to Sweet Sage. Manny and Martin are A+ ok. Responded to a bathroom issue very quickly and even added the Golf channel to the cable when I asked. We are so happy we found this rental, we already booked for next year.

Jim and Naomi M.Loved everything about our stay at 302 Gulf Blvd
We spent an excellent March 2019 t in Apartment B of 302 Gulf Blvd. with Charlie (our Bichon). The place is modern and well decorated. It has a great bed and shower, and is very close to many attractions. Our favorite places were the wonderful beach just steps away, the Florida Botanical Gardens in close-by Largo, and evenings at Crabby Bills with the various bands. Manny Calzon was an excellent host who was always very responsive, reliable, and fun. He even went out and added a propane grill when he realized we were disappointed not to find one when we arrived. The front and back porches were a delight as one could always find sun and shade as desired. Watching the cruising on Gulf Blvd became part of the fun -- hotrods, classic cars, cycles, etc. and plenty of people watching. There is excellent dog-walking places by the intercostal. We give this place an EXCELLENT rating and have committed to returning for February 2020.

Condo just remodeled with all aspects of renovations being accomplished at a high standard, making our stay very pleasant. Owners, (Manny & Beth) were very attentive prior to our visit, during our stay, and post-visit as well. They were kind enough to let our dog stay as well (Brandy, a 6 lb. Maltese), which we really appreciated. We are long- time visitors to IRB and this condo is located very close to some of our favorite restaurants! The beach is very close as described in Manny's description, just a few steps and you're there! We will visit again in the future.

Mike S.Great cottage and location for our stay in Indian Rocks Beach
The cottage met and exceeded what we expected as first time renters. For us, the overall package of the cottage, location and proximity to the beach was what we were hoping for. It was closer and easier to access the beach than we thought it might be. Manny did a nice job getting the cottage prepared and decorated for renting and stocked it with the things we needed for the month. We were happy to find the local restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. We walked Gulf Blvd and the beach every day we were there. So overall, the cottage and location worked out perfectly for us. Definitely considering renting again.
