Large living room looking out to the San Carlos Bay. Living room has a flat screen tv. Living room sofa pulls out to queen size bed (drapes are fully lined with blackout lining).
Master bedroom ( with king sized bed and television) is well appointed with an new en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. New mattress and box spring installed in 2017. Master bedroom has direct access to lania.
The second bedroom with a queensize bed and twin bed comfortably sleeps 3. New beds and mattresses installed in November 2018. The room has a large closet and flat screen tv. Second bathroom is a full bathroom with a full bath/shower. Closet in bathroom for extra storage
The third bedroom would be any child's delight! Bright and light coloring. The special bunk bed ( twin over a double) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Flat screen TV and comfortable chair for viewing TV or reading.
The third bathroom has recently been fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror. Bath tub/ shower with sliding glass doors.
The living room sofa contains a pullout queensize bed.
The enclosed lanai has dining tables and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people.
Telephone and high-speed wifi Internet access available within the condo for no additional charge.
Parking is free of charge. 2 parking passes will be provided.
This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.
Three night minimum.

Great option to visit Sanibel/Captiva
Very nice property. It's not quite on the ocean but good water views. Large rooms ,great enclosed wrap around deck,well maintained.One suggestion: If your traveling as 3 "older"couples you should have at least one athletic guest. Someone will need to climb the ladder to access the top bunk of the bunk beds.

This unit is well maintained and is well stocked for any needs. We enjoyed the beautiful wrap around balcony looking over Gulf of Mexico. We also saw dolphins right from the balcony. Best experience with rental dealings. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a quite vacation /family time.
