For those visiting Disney it is just 5 miles away--approximately 10 minutes drive. All the other major theme parks are also very close by. For convenience and very cheap shopping there is a 24/7 Walmart within walking distance. Additionally the Villa is just half a mile from the 192, where you will find many restaurants, take aways and shops. The Villa itself has one of the premier locations within Lake Berkley, with the sun facing pool overlooking the Lake and its wildlife.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and has everything a large family would need including screened pool and spa (can be heated), over sized deck area (great for sun bathing), air conditioning, 40' Cable TV/DVD/CD player, leather sofas, fully equipped kitchen, washer and tumble dryer, master bedroom with ensuite, further 3 double size bedrooms.

The living area is very spacious and includes 2 large leather sofas The entertainment unit has a 40' Cable TV (over 60 channels), DVD, i pod docking unit, and CD player.
The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, cooker/oven, coffee percolator, etc.

There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier---no need to pack your suitcases full of clothes.

The over sized sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing. Each side of the pool screen has bushes to ensure your privacy. The pool and outside area have lighting for the evening.
The lakeside is only a few yards away where you will see a variety of wildlife. The outdoor dining area comprises of a patio table, 8 chairs and 4 full length loungers, all with padded cushions. There is also a covered lanai area next to the pool where you can eat outside , or perhaps escape from the sun--or occasional shower.
The pool and spa can be heated to 86 degrees degrees. Pool heating is can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
The villa is fully air conditioned and there is central heating for the rare cool winter evening. We provide the services of a management company that will look after any needs you may have during your stay at our luxury villa---they are on call 24hrs 7 days a week.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
The Villa is situated on Lake Berkley resort which is a safe private community of similar properties.
The following amenities are provided exclusively for those people residing/staying at lake Berkley: tennis court, golf nets, nature trail, fishing, beach volleyball court, basketball nets, children's play park, clubhouse with gym, internet cafe, video rental and community swimming pool.
The large, private, sun facing screened pool has plenty of room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool all night long - if you so wish. The lakeside is only a few yards away, where a variety of ducks regularly visit.

Absolutely beautiful home, the location is perfect.very clean, fully loaded house equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Our family enjoyed walking around the lakes every day and visiting the baby ducks. So close to stores and restaurants. Very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Quick responses from management with any questions. We will stay here again for sure.

A J R.Freddie's first Florida Visit
This was a delayed vacation from 2020 and the first with our Grandson. The resort is located 5 minutes from Walmart, making the shopping easy. There are plenty of eating establishments a short journey away either along the 192 or down the 535. All theme parks on the door step and reachable in 30 minutes traffic permitting. The Villa it self was clean when we arrived, and we found it very spacious, Travel cots were available for the little one. The games room as plenty to keep you entertained on an evening or the odd day you might want to chill out. The pool is a good size allowing for a nice relaxing end to hard days walking around the parks. Would I book again, yes, I booked for 2023 within a week of returning, we have stayed in plenty of Villas over the years and for location and facilities this has been the best yet. The hardest thing on an evening was deciding what channel to watch!BR Andy

We have stayed at one of Stephens villas before at Lake Berkely and we would always look to book one of the villas again.The location is superb set in a gated safe community close to all amenities, the villa overlooks a beautiful lake and is very well presented. There are some nice touches from the owners leaving a supply of tea coffee and milk and a lovely gift of a bottle of wine as a welcome.I would highly recommend this Villa I will certainly be looking to book it againDave and Jayne

My daughter was playing in AAU Volleyball nationals, and we needed a place for the whole family to stay with a lot of space! What a blessing this home was. Clean, open, tons of space. The game room was an added bonus, and the pool was amazing! The wildlife and lake were top notch. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family!!

I rented this home as our first trip since my sons accident which left him in a wheelchair. I went back and forth to ensure that he would be able to get around in the home. The Managers and owner were very helpful. When we arrived the house was immaculate and the décor was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed appliances and kitchen tools. The owner and management were very responsive to emails and went the extra mile to communicate quickly. My son was able to get around the home with no problem at all . Just this in it self made things so much nicer for our vacation. The pool was amazing (spend the extra to have it heated. Well worth it). I would definitely recommend this property as a rental.
