Brian and Denise were the perfect hosts, they meet us on arrival and gave us a wee tour of the house showing us how the equipment worked and familiarised us with the villa. This is a spacious well equipped villa and a perfect place to lay our hats.The amazing Counter in the kitchen was the centre of all our activities from filling the cool box to go the beach, having a beer or eating breakfast. The pool area was lovely, relaxing and peaceful. Our grandson he was constantly playing in the large pool.We enjoyed golf on Deep Greek Golf Club, just minutes drive from the Villa and was very affordable and welcoming.We look forward to returning to this place in the future. Upon arrival we were met and given the keys to our home for the week. An explanation of the home and a walk through was given which was extremely nice as through our rentals no owner had ever done this courtesy. The home was very inviting. Beds were freshly made. The pool was clean and warm. Owners emphasized they could be contacted for any questions. This all made for a beautiful family vacation.

We were here for two weeks in March and could not ask for a better place to stay! The house was amazing and the kitchen was extreme! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was a close drive to everything that you could want to go to. Brian and Denise were quick to help with any questions or problems we had and could not ask for better hosts. The pool and lanai area was really relaxing and very comfortable. We had some cool nights and the propane gas fire pit was fantastic to sit around and visit. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in this large, beautiful home in a very quiet, residential area. Brian was quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns. We spent most of our time in the large, heated pool or lanai area relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and beds comfortable enough. The large leather sectional was a plus for relaxing in the evening.We hope to return in the future. Sue and Perry

We rented the property on Palisades Rd. in March of 2016; however, we were unable to rent it for the following year. We returned in March of 2018 and will continue to rent from Brian as long as the property is available. This property gives you everything that you could desire in a Florida rental. There is close proximity to shopping and services. The ability to walk or ride bikes safely in a non congested area is great, and it is only a short ride to several golf courses, the beach, or antique shops. The house is terrific with a large kitchen adjoining a living area with a flat screen TV and a stereo; however, we only spent time in those areas to cook or watch the news because the pool and deck covered by the lanai is awesome. The propane grill allowed us to prepare meals on the deck and sit around a table to enjoy the atmosphere. The master bedroom and bath is located on one side of the house while the two guest bedrooms and bath are located on the opposite side. This made it very convenient to have guests stay overnight but not be in each other's space all the time. A two car garage, large pool, plenty of space behind the house and gorgeous sunsets, and having a responsive owner nearby, make this an ideal location.

Huge house. The owner, Brian was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful bamboo floors throughout. Could use a little TLC in a couple spots but otherwise a fantastic home with a lot of great amenities. Huge granite kitchen island and countertops, stainless steel appliances. The large leather sectional even has electric reclining. If you rent in the winter, pay the $100 for the integrated pool heat pump. Works fantastic! We had record breaking temps the week we stayed and the a/c did a fine job. WiFi, a computer to use, garage door opener, DVD player and cable TV with surround sound. The pool area was great. No neighbors to the rear made it seem secluded. For the money, this is a great place. I recommend this rental and will use again if we vacation in the area.

We have enjoyed our two winter escape vacations at this lovely home. The excellent interior layout allows for both privacy and entertainment. The large pool and roomy lanai setup are appreciated for exercising or just relaxing. Situated in a quiet residential area, the location offers access to local shopping and is only minutes away from the interstate for day-tripping. We have rented from Brian for three vacations and have found him to be friendly and promptly available. We look forward to returning. Bob & Madoline
