Beautiful condo with updated clean furnishings! Owner was quick to respond if needed. Friendly quiet neighbors. Lots of exercise minded in the community which is nice.

I found my condo pleasingly decorated, quiet and a great place to relax. I didn't use the pool, but it was beautiful. Olga was amazing to work with. She was always pleasant and available to talk to. I will come back!!

Perfect for my needs

Olga’s place was perfect. I stayed here for 7 months, and she was very willing to work with me with my needs. She was very responsive, and the house was very clean. It had everything I needed to clean and do laundry, as well as cook and relax. She has a great space, close to the beach and also a lot of restaurants and things to do. I would love to stay here again if I came back to Fort Myers.

Smooth, informative rental process, condo spotless & well furnished in beautiful complex and near local attractions!

My wife and I stayed last April (2019) and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The rental process is simple and straightforward and Olga made herself available by email and phone to ensure we were all on the same page. Olga provides an outstanding welcome package that answers most, if not all, questions a new renter may have and was, again, available to address any questions or potential issues – of which there were none. The condo is as nicely appointed as depicted in the photos online. It is on the first floor and located very close to a pool - maybe 100-150 feet. The grounds are all professionally, and well, maintained giving the feeling of comfort and care and the opportunity for walking and/or jogging in a safe area. The location is a great one providing short trips to the Fort Myers beach front, Jet Blue Park and the Red Sox, local golf courses, many restaurants and multiple shopping areas. We strongly recommend this property.

gorgeous!!!!

This immaculate 1st floor condo is exactly how it is listed and shown in the pictures. The property itself is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. Olga has thought of every amenity you will need during your stay. Olga has been fantastic to work with. Any questions I have she answers me immediately. Most of the people here are owners and are so friendly and helpful with info about what to see, where to eat, directions, etc. Worth every penny and more.My only complaint is that I have to leave!
